International Week
Pitfalls in international Projects lack of leadership by co-ordinators forms not completed, work not done etc. lack of regular communication partners who are not committed only in it for the trips abroad lack of management support apathy of colleagues lack of time to complete work
Essentials start small dont be too ambitiousregular communication agree to time schedule once a week? deadlines for completing tasks delegate work to partners get support of management involve other staff disseminate information regularly to colleagues involve parents and outside agencies publicize your project local media etc keep records and ongoing evidence of the project keep up to date with reporting and financial records
