ETSI EN 300 440-1 clause 7.1 The eirp is defined as the peak power of the transmitter and calculated according to the procedure given
in the following clause. See clause 5 for the test conditions.
LIMIT ETSI EN 300 440-1 clause 7.1.3 The effective radiated power shall not exceeded the power class value given in the following this table:

13 1 W
14 2 W
14a 4W (see Remark 2) Remark 1: Class designation is based on CEPT/ERC Recommendation 70-03 [1]. Remark 2: For RFID applications, see annex C of the present document.
For equipment with an integral antenna and no RF connector, measurements under extreme conditions
are not required.

5.2. PERMITTED RANGE OF OPERATING FREQUENCIES
DEFINITION
ETSI EN 300 440-1 clause 7.2.1 The permitted range of operating frequencies includes all frequencies on which the equipment may operate within an assigned frequency band. The operating frequency range shall be declared by the manufacturer.
The range of frequencies, determined by clause 7.2, shall be specified in the test report.
LIMIT ETSI EN 300 440-1 clause 7.2.4 The width of the power envelope is fH -fL for a given operating frequency. In equipment that allows adjustment or selection of different operating frequencies, the power envelope takes up different positions in the allowed band. The frequency range is determined by the lowest value of f L and the highest value of fH resulting from the adjustment of the equipment to the lowest and highest operating frequencies. For all equipment the frequency range shall lie within the frequency band allocated for use as recommended in CEPT/ERC Recommendation 70-03 [1] and ERC Decisions. For non-harmonized frequency bands the available frequency range may differ between national administrations.
