Discussion Questions

1. Should schools attempt to collect and analyze data related to their student body in order to determine where they fall in regards to the digital divide in order to best meet their needs?

2. Should teachers be expected to meet benchmark standards demonstrating digital proficiencies within the classroom and in their instructional practice?

3. To what extent can schools successfully address the digital divide? What are the most effective ways of doing this?
