ETIPS is Jet Airways’ new ET Itinerary Printing Solution
Currently, we have two separate applications for generating eTickets, refund receipts, MSRs and EBTs in 9W and S2 respectively.
With this integration, we will now have a single application that can be used to retrieve both 9W and S2 documents.
ETIPS
This is the Login Screen
To Login, enter your User Id and password
Login to go to the Search Page
Note: The existing User Id can be used to access this new application

Important information is displayed
under „Latest Updates‟.In case of any queries, you can contact the Helpdesk.The contact details/ timings are mentioned here
You can also email Central Helpdesk through the „Email Us‟ option. Type in your email address in the „From email‟ space provided along with the subject and your query.
Then click on the „Send Email‟ button
Retrieval of eticket /EMDs
• The PNR / The eticket number• Refund Receipt‟ through the refund receipt number• EMDs can be retrieval through EMD option.
Please note that refund receipts, excess baggage receipts and MSR‟s can be retrieved by searching through the receipt number only
Enter the EMD /MSR / Voucher No.
Click on the „Search‟ button to continue
9W Search Result page
Now select “Original” or “Duplicate” receipt option as required. You can email / print the eticket
for a single or multiple passengers at one time by selecting the passengers
If you wish to email the ticket/refund receipt/EMDs, enter the email address and click on the “Email” button
EMD-S are Standalone EMDs showing on Search Result Page.EMD-A will be associated to the etickets.
To print the eticket/refund/EMDs receipt, click on the Print button.
To retrieve an S2 document :
Note: Refund receipts, EBTs and MSRs can be retrieved by searching through the receipt number only.
Enter the S2 PNR and select „S2‟ from the dropdown
Click on the „Search‟ button to continue

Important Note :
When emailing / printing Other Airline documents, please ensure that the radio button is always on ‘Duplicate Receipt’

How to Print
How to print:• Go to “File” “Print” option as shown here.•Alternatively, you can also use the keys „CTRL + P‟ which will display the Print window.
Once you complete printing, close this ET itinerary pop-up which will take you back to the „Search Page‟ for a new search
Here you will see a confirmation of the print / email function
This page is displayed when you retrieve an EMD-S/ EMD-A
Enter the EMD No or Compensation Voucher in order to display the same
Note: Compensation Voucher can be retrieved only through Voucher No.

This page is displayed when you retrieve a 9W MSR
Enter the ticket number , itinerary details and Description in the space provided. You will also need to select the „Item / Service‟ from the drop down list provided. Kindly note that all fields are mandatory.
Click on „More Flights‟ if required
Click on „Submit‟ after entering all details
You can view the MSR by clicking here
To print the MSR, click on the „Print‟ button.
To email the MSR, enter the email address and click on the „Email‟ button

Enter the ticket number , itinerary details and Description in the space provided. You will also need to select the „Item / Service‟ from the drop down list provided. Kindly note that all fields are mandatory.
