After put fruit in iodine and washed by water (inner side) of banana.

Fruits that set at 10°C refrigerator, from outside peels of apple still green there's no change and in the inner side the corner of apple tissue darker than inside (blue to slight blue).But (outer side) of banana, the skin became dark gray and( Inner side)banana tissue turns to blue in corner and less scattered in little area in the middle (darker in corner than inside).

Banana skin has changed but apple still not change. Put them in iodine stain to see from inside.

Fruits skins have been change.Cut them in cross section and put them in iodine stain to see from inside

Leave them after 2 minute then wash both by water. Observe the results in internal tissue in both different temperatures.

No change appears. No starch.

Starch breaks down to sugar.
