Result: In Sunday; The fruit have already have been change from the outside and in the inside although they are placed in different temperature. At room temperature 20°C, the color of apple peels change from red color to slightly yellowish red in upper side (outer side), although the inner side of apple show there no change in color. The banana (outer side) appear dark spot have increase and distributed. After put fruit in iodine and washed by water (inner side) of banana. Fruits that set at 10°C refrigerator, from outside peels of apple still green there's no change and in the inner side t he corner of apple tissue darker than inside (blue to slight blue). But (outer side) of banana, the skin became dark gray and( Inner side)banana tissue turns to blue in corner and less scattered in little area in the middle (darker in corner than inside). Banana skin has changed but apple still not change. Put them in Fruits skins have been change . At room temperatu re 25°C At refrigerat or temperatur e 10°C
