A NEW DIMENSION TO LEADERSHIP
INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON ETHICS IN BUSINESS
Objectives
The Ethics in Business World Youth Forum
•Ethics in Business - World Youth Forum (WYF) creates an open platform for the youth
(aged 18 to 30) to voice their message to the world’s top decision makers in today’s
global economic and political environment, and to the world community at large!
•An initiative of the World Forum for Ethics in Business (WFEB) Foundation, the WYF is
part of the International Leadership Symposium on Ethics in Business, an annual event
which brings together leaders from business, politics, academia, civil society and faith-
based organizations to dialogue on new leadership styles that support inclusive and
sustainable development and ensure profitability for businesses.
THE PILLARS OF WYF
•Align the global sustainable development objectives with the personal development of
the youth. Develop and strengthen the skills and capacities of the youth to take strong
leadership in the world (through the workshop on A New Dimension to Leadership)
• Identify and discuss urgent challenges in the global scenario, and define possible
solutions.
•Provide opportunities to learn through interactive sessions with top business and
successful political leaders.
• Present "A Call of the Youth" at the Conference on Ethics in Business – at the European
Parliament.
• Develop an international network between young leaders.

TESTIMONIALS
Pedro Roque Dos Santos (26) MBA student, ISCTE Business School '10, Lisbon, Portugal
"The 2009 edition of the World Youth Forum was a fantastic opportunity for me. The week I spent with my friends from all over the World was so beautiful and productive that I can only describe it as one of the most enriching experiences I've ever had. Even now, months after, I still feel the benefits in my everyday life and often recall what I've learned in those few days. After coming back to Portugal, I lectured a Management course and shared with my students some of our views about ethics and the problem of corruption, and they loved it! We must now focus on doing even better in the 2010 edition, engage more youth, reach higher and change the world."
TESTIMONIALS
Mr. Suhas Gopinath (23) , CEO & President of Globals Inc. (World's Youngest CEO)“It was my pleasure to be a part of World Youth Forum it was an amazing learning platform for Youth from several nations to collaborate and learn from each other, and to understand the power of spirituality in our everyday life”
Julia Gogoleva (19) Student - University of Zurich”
“I am persuaded that the CCS Youth Forum definitely helped me to master my leadership skills; to build up an international business network; and the main point – to cooperate closely with top business leaders from all over the world. In the conditions of world crisis, global warming and globalization, it was important to indentify urgent challenges and issues, and find all the possible solutions in the name of the entire world community. That is why it was significant for me to get an insight from the business elite about their experience; facing and overcoming challenges on a day to day basis. It seems to me, that bringing together the top leaders and us, future generation, in Brussels was a perfect idea. Because the atmosphere of that city as “the capital of Europe” and the important international center is favourable for all the participants to make the only right decisions and succeed.”
