Joanne B. Ciulla is a Professor of Leadership Ethics and Research Director of the Institute for Ethical Leadership at Rutgers University. She is visiting Durban University of Technology as a Fulbright specialist, and as a guest of the Durban Leadership Initiative which is a jo int pro ject o f the Internat iona l Centre o f Nonviolence, Durban University of Technology and ACCORD.
Professor Ciulla is a distinguished author with a remarkable record of publication, and the recipient of various awards. She has served as president of The International Society for Business, Economics, and Ethics.
