The ETG will be represented at both SPS IPC Drives 2018 and HANNOVER MESSE 2019. Our booth concept has proven to be successful at past tradeshows and features multi-vendor product presentations, interactive elements, and live demonstrations of EtherCAT’s outstanding features. In the 2018/2019 tradeshow season we are striving to make our presence even better and invite you to come on board! Please note that we have enlarged the booth size at both tradeshows to increase the awareness of your products and our technology.
Our flexible concept allows ETG members to present their company, products and services in several ways, including having personnel from their company at our booth to talk directly to the visitors. ETG experts will be available to explain the details and answer the questions about EtherCAT.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We are unable to predict or guarantee in advance the placement or actual surface area devoted to each product. You are free to display several products at no extra charge, but ETG reserves the right to decline some registrations due to space limitations. Every request will be checked and possibly confirmed, if space is available (first come, first serve). We also reserve the right to decline products that are not related to EtherCAT.
The invoice for both tradeshows will be sent out by Beckhoff Automation GmbH & Co. KG, Hülshorstweg 20, 33415 Verl, Germany (who assists ETG with the organization). If necessary, please address POs to Beckhoff only, not ETG.
Please keep in mind:n For slave device vendors:
Your company must have a valid EtherCAT Vendor ID. (available at no cost at www.ethercat.org/vendorid)
n In order to keep our costs low your products will only be returned at your request after the tradeshow.
n All products shown at the ETG Joint Booth will be added to the official EtherCAT Product Guide online at www.ethercat.org/products for free. If your products are not yet available, they can be marked as a “product announcement”.
n Marketing materials will not be sent back to you. Please collect them at the end of each tradeshow if you like.
n Please note that ETG cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss of your items.
n We reserve the right to exclude a product from the display without a refund if the product submission deadline is not met.
