By Bus & TrainThere is a direct Bus called Aerobus, take the Nº1 to Cais do Sodré, about 10 stops, 30 minutes. Then walk to the Train, 3 minutes: Cais do Sodré - Cascais - Express, it is 8 stops, 29 minutes. Leave at Av. Marginal stop. Walk to Hotel Inglaterra 1/3 mile away.
By Underground & TrainThere is a direct line from the Airport called Linha Vermelha, direction São Sebastião. Travel in that direction to the underground station Alameda, it is 9 stops, about 17 minutes. Switch lines to Linha Verde, direction Cais do Sodré. It is about 6 stops, 9 minutes. Here change to Train: Cais do Sodré - Cascais Express, it is 8 stops, 29 minutes. Leave at Av. Marginal stop. Walk to Hotel Inglaterra 1/3 mile away.
By Taxi It is a 30 to 40 min ride, depending on the traffic. There are plenty of regular transfers at the airport, that may take you with baggage outside the
arrival doors at the airport. Notice that regular cabs will charge you more for airport taxes and luggage.
For cheaper options: you can find Uber, about €35, where you can be picked up outside the departing doors at the 1st floor of the airport, in the open parking lot available for general pick-ups (when you come out of the arrival area turn right and go up the rolling stairs into the exit at the left side.)
