What happens as we age?
If we’re not careful to protect our skin as we age…– Skin looses elasticity and tone– Lymph moves slower– Energy gets blocked– Muscles sag– Metabolism slows down

The Healing Effects of Skin Manipulation
• Tones muscles
• Facial circulation is improved, capillaries are strengthened
• The facial lymph system is cleansed
• Stimulates the growth of collagen and elastin
• Releases facial tension and deep lines
• Pressure points liberate blocked energy patterns

Active skin manipulation…
• Increasing blood flow which nourishes, cleanses and brings oxygen to the skin cells
• Improving lymph drainage in the skin
• Encourages cell rejuvenation via oil and Honeylift

Circulation - Fresh Blood Brings Life
Blood bathes every cell with
fresh oxygen and nutrients,
just what it needs to
maintain itself through a
complex system of veins,
arteries and capillaries.
Skin manipulation moves blood through congested
tissues, removing lactic acid and other waste material.

The Lymph System Cleanses
• Cleansing lymph fluid moves throughout our bodies mainly through the activity of our skeletal muscles, through skin manipulation or massage.
• Egg shaped strokes under the eyes and along the jaw line move lymph fluid decreasing puffiness and fluid retention.
• All lymph strokes are light, with a slight and gentle “push-pull” pumping action.

3 Step Plan
For the highest level of facial rejuvenation, the Bellanina Institute recommends…
1.A series approach to firming and toning
2.At-home care that includes facial exercises, home masks and high potency at-home skin care products with active ingredients
3. Anti-inflammatory diet, supplements and lots of good water.
