Establishing Professional Practice Always SAVE YOUR WORK! Also when saving makes sure your name the date and the module is saved on to your work.

Ctrl windows + D – Makes everything disappear.

ALT + tab – Jumps one programme to another programme.

Ctrl + V – Paste.

Ctrl + tab – Flicks between tabs.

Ctrl + B – Bold.

Ctrl + C – Copy.

Ctrl + X – Cut.

Ctrl + U – Underline.

Ctrl + A – Select All.

Ctrl + I – Italic.

Turn off the Idle timer by right clicking on to a blank bar at the bottom of your screen, and right click it and click end process, this will stop your machine from shutting down.

Print screen to copy pages and paste them.

The image size is important, as it will make your work look a lot better if the image isn’t pixelated.

Using an image from Google at a

larger size of 4MP.

How to find a larger image on Google. Also make sure

the image is larger than 4MP for good image quality.

Establishing Professional Practice To create a PDF use Adobe ACROBAT X PRO.

Search for acr under the windows tab…

Click on to combine files into PDF.

Drag the file you want in to the correct order

for the combine’s window.

Then once in order click combine.
