Measures – short term, medium term and long term conduct a comprehensive study of Changi’s Terminal Area. The objective of the study is to identify and propose solutions to any issues and constraints relating to the Terminal Area which affects the capacity and efficiency of the traffic flow. The study will assess the operation of the Terminal Area in detail and will review current and future operation of the Terminal Area based on relevant traffic demands. This will include assessment of the Airspace Design, ATC Procedures, Controller Workload Thresholds.
