August YLD MeetingThe August YLD meeting will be Wednesday, August

14, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Arena Bar and Grille in Wilkes-Barre. Food and refreshments will be provided!

Aug. 9Whitewater Rafting Trip

Saturday, August 17, 2019 along the Lehigh River with the Whitewater Challengers in Weatherly. This event is open to all members of the W-BLLA and guests are welcome. We will provide a bagged lunch along the River. Cost is $40. Please RSVP by August 8 to Laura at [email protected].

Aug. 9Trivia Night at SBC

The YLD will be hosting a Trivia Night at SBC on Au-gust 22, 2019 from 6-9 p.m. Registration fee is $10 per team. The proceeds will be donated to Dress for Success! If you do not have a team, but would like to participate, just let us know and we will put teams together. Prizes will be awarded. Food truck, wine and beer will be available. This event is open to the entire W-BLLA. If you have any questions or to RSVP contact Mary at: [email protected].

Aug. 9Habitat for Humanity Build Day

The YLD will be volunteering with Habitat for Human-ity on September 7, 2019. We will be doing a home build at 15 Diebel Street in Wilkes-Barre. The work day is from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and lunch will be provided. If you would like to attend this great volunteer event please RSVP to Brittany by September 1, 2019 at: [email protected].

If you would be interested in not driving, but going by charter bus, please contact Gail at the Law Library
