Budget Review Council budget, expenditures, propose needed changes in financial controls and review cost center 180 reports.

Bylaws

Annually review and interpret bylaws of Council. Submit bylaws for review to the Council at the August meeting.

ESP Insider Electronic Newsletter

Generate articles and photos from Council Members and other sources. Shall submit articles to ESP Paraprofessional.

Distribute articles and other photo to the multiple platforms available for communications with and from ESPs across the state.

ESP of the Year

Presents applications for the ESP Council as a whole to annually review.

Presents recommendations for the Council as a whole to decide regarding updating the application and process.

Tallies votes cast by Council members in the election of the ESP of the Year.

ESP Sale Items Select and procure ESP promotional sale items.

Geographical Assembly

Plan and schedule geographic ESP assemblies in conjunction with the regular ESP Council meetings.

One ConferencePlan, make recommendations for dates, speakers, training sessions for future ESP centered conferences.

Professional Development

Identify content and presenters for professional development sessions in all job categories to offer at conferences and online throughout the year for ESPs for action by Council.

IEA RA ESP Reception

Plan reception for the elected ESP delegates at the IEA Representative Assembly.

Star Award Recognize and celebrate the amazing work ESPs. Nominations accepted every month. Application form is online.

Welcome/Public Relations

Welcome new ESP council members and locals. Introduce ESPs to IEA services and benefits.
