1. Downloading eSend customer application

Download eSend customer application from the Play Store, here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.esend.dev

2. Receiving customer credentials

Send an email to the transport company administrator with the following information:

- Customer company name

- Customer Business ID

- Contact person’s name

- Contact person’s email address

- Customer phone number

- Customer street address, postcode and city

- Customer billing address, postcode and city

- Customer billing email address

- Preferred billing method (paper invoice/email invoice/e-invoice

You should receive a text message and email from eSend when a customer profile has

been created for you.

3. Logging in to customer application

Sign in to customer application using the email and password sent to you by transport

company administrator.

The main page has a header with four icons

• The menu icon is in the top left

• The eSend logo is at the centre-left

• The profile button is second from right

• The language icon is in the top right

Orders may be placed from the main page

5. Menu

• Click the menu icon

There are three options available to the customer from the menu option:

• New order

• My deliveries

• Logout

6. New order

• Fill in the information required

• Select express delivery

• Fill in the sender and recipient

• Accept the terms of service

• Click the ‘CONFIRM ORDER’ button

7. My deliveries

• Click ‘My deliveries’ from the menu

• All deliveries are shown in the first tab

• Click the globe icon to show the delivery route on the map

• Click the arrow icon to show the details of the waybill • Click ‘CLOSE’ to shut the details of the waybill

8. Active deliveries

• Click the ‘ACTIVE’ tab to see all active deliveries • Click the globe icon to show the delivery route on the map • Click the arrow icon to show the details of the waybill • Click ‘CLOSE’ to shut the details of the waybill

9. Shipped deliveries

• Click the ‘SHIPPED’ tab to see all shipped deliveries • Click the globe icon to show the delivery route on the map • Click the arrow icon to show the details of the waybill • Click ‘CLOSE’ to shut the details of the waybill

10. Profile

• Click the ‘Profile’ icon • There are three options shown:

- Profile - Change password - Log out

• Click ‘Profile’ • Customer profile information is shown • It is possible to either set a default pickup address or always enter a pickup address • Click ‘SAVE’ or ‘CLOSE’ to save or discard changes

11. Change password

• Click ‘Change password’ • Type a new password

• Retype the new password

• Click ‘SAVE’ or ‘CLOSE’ to save or discard changes

12. Change language

• Click the language icon

• Select a language from the list

• Click ‘OK’ or ‘CANCEL’ to save or discard changes

13. Log out

• There are two ways to log out of the application:

- Click the menu icon and select ‘Logout’

- Click the ‘Profile’ icon and select ‘LOG OUT’
