Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will ensure that you may relax and change and also

receive your full experience. Your treatment will begin promptly at its designated time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will

be modified. All treatments will end on time.

The Spa is a quiet place. As a courtesy to yourself andother guests, please turn off all cell phones.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damageto any valuables. Should you feel the need to bring valuables with

you to the spa, please keep them with you during all services.

Please note that we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Failure to appear for your appointment will result in a

charge of the full treatment price.For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added on to each service.
