GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND REGULATIONS

- This machine must not be used even partially by un-

authorised personnel.- The shop foreman or Department Manager is re-

sponsible for Machine operator training and for check-ing training level achieved.

- The machine must not be used for purposes otherthan those is was designed for.

- Read carefully the warning notices attached to themachine.

- Do not remove the warning notices attached to themachine,

- When the machine is running, do not service, repair,regulate the machine or carry out any other operationnot strictly required by the work cycle. ,Before any ofthe above listed operations, always disconnect themachine for all electric power supply sources.

- DO not remove the guards and the safety devices onthe machine,

- DO not start to work with protections opened or do notopen them during the work,

- Always wear safety gloves when working on the ma-chine.

- At the end of the work shift, disconnect the machinefrom the electric and hydraulic supply.

- Any repair, service or maintenance work, whetherelectrical or otherwise, must be in compliance withCEI standards 64,8 462.2 463.1573.3.

ALLGEMEINE VORSCHRIFTEN

- Jegliche auch teilweise Bedienung der Maschinedurch hierzu nicht ausdrcklich autorisiertes Perso-nal ist untersagt.

- Der Betriebsleiter ist dafr verantwortlich, da daszur Bedienung autorisierte Personal in der Bedie-nung der Maschine geschult wird.

- Die Maschine darf zu keinem anderen Zweck als zudem in diesem Handbuch beschriebenen verwendetwerden.

- Die Gefahren- und Hinweisschilder an der Maschi-ne mssen beachtet werden.

- Es ist verboten, die Gefahren- und Hinweisschilderan der Maschine zu entfernen.

- Wartungs-, Reparatur-, und/oder vom Herstellerautorisierte nderungsarbeiten drfen nicht bei lau-fender Maschine durchgefhrt werden. Vor derDurchfhrung solcher Arbeiten mu zuerst dieStromversorgung zur Maschine unterbrochen wer-den.

- Es ist verboten, die an der Maschine angebrachtenSchutz- und Sicherheitseinrichtungen zu entfernen.

- Schulzeinrichtungen an der Maschine drfen beiKontroll-, Wartungs-, Reparatur- und/oder Ande-rungsarbeiten weder fehlen noch whrend dieser Ar-beiten entfernt werden.

- Nur mit Schutzhandschuhen an der Maschine arbei-ten. Sei Betriebsschlu immer die Stromzufuhr oder,falls vorhanden, den Hydraulikkreislauf abschalten.

- Fr alle elektrischen und nicht elektrischen Wartungs-arbeiten die Vorschriften der Normen IEC 64-8 462.2463.1573.3 beachten.

PRESCRIPCIONES Y PROHIBICIONES GENERALES

- Est prohibido el uso del equipo, incluso en modoparcial, por parte de personal no expresamente au-torizado. El jefe del taller y los jefes de reparto debe-rn encargarse de realizar y verificar la capacita-cin del personal que trabajar con la mquina.

- Est prohibido el uso del equipo para aplicacionesdiversas de las aqu descritas.

- Leer con atencin las placas de advertencia y peligropresentes en la mquina.

- Est prohibido quitar las placas de advertencia y pe-ligro de la mquina.

- Est prohibido efectuar el mantenimiento, efectuarreparaciones, modificaciones y todo lo no estricta-mente necesario durante el ciclo de trabajo con lamquina en marcha. Antes que nada es obligatoriodesconectar todas las alimentaciones elctricas dela mquina.

- Est prohibido quitar los dispositivos de seguridadpresentes en la mquina.

- Est prohibido iniciar a trabajar con las proteccio-nes abiertas o abrirlas durante el trabajo.

- Efectuar siempre los trabajos en la mquina conguantes de proteccin.

- Al final de los periodos de trabajo desconectar siem-pre la mquina de las alimentaciones elctricas ehidrulicas.

- Todo trabajo de mantenimiento, elctrico o de otranaturaleza, debe respetar las normas CEI 64-8 462.2463.1573.3.

PRESCRIZIONI E DIVIETI GENERALI

- E vietato l'uso, anche parziale, dell'attrezzatura daparte del personale non espressamente autorizzato.L'istruzione del personale preposto all'uso da re-alizzare e verificare a cura dei capo officina e deicapi reparto.

- E vietato l'uso dell'attrezzatura per modalit diverseda quelle per cui stata prevista.

- Leggere con attenzione le targhe di avvertenza epericolo poste sulla macchina.

- E vietato rimuovere le targhe di avvertenza e perico-lo sulla macchina.

- E vietato manutenzionare, eseguire riparazioni,modifiche e quanto non strettamente necessario alciclo di lavoro con la macchina in movimento. Primadi tutto obbligatorio disinnestare tutte le alimenta-zioni elettriche alla macchina.

- E vietato rimuovere le protezioni e le sicurezze pre-senti sulla macchina.

- E vietato iniziare il lavoro con le protezioni aperte oaprirle durante il lavoro.

- Operare sulla macchina solo con i guanti di prote-zione.

- Al termine dei periodi di lavoro scollegare sempre lamacchina dalle alimentazioni elettriche e idrauliche.

- Qualsiasi manutenzione elettrica e non elettrica deveattenersi alle norme CEI 64-8 462.2 463.1573.3.

ILT level indicators are not designed towork in dangerous conditions or withdangerous materials. If the machinehas to operate in these conditions, themanufacturer must be informed.

Dangerous materials:- explosives,- toxic,- flammable,- harmful and similar.

UNZULSSIGE VERWENDUNGSZWE-CKE

Die Fllstandanzeiger der ModellreiheILT sind weder fr gefhrliche Anwen-dungen noch zum Handling von ge-fhrlichen Medien geeignet. Sollte derBetreiber eine ILT - Fllstandanzeigerfr gefhrliche Medien bzw. Anwen-dungen einsetzen wollen, so mu erunbedingt vorher den Hersteller umErlaubnis fragen.

Als gefhrliche Medien gelten:- explosive,- giftige,- feuergefhrliche,- in irgendeiner Weise schdliche.

CONTRAINDICACIONES

- For terminal connection of the device, the local

regulations must be observed.

- For terminal connection of the device in areas

in which there is the danger of dust explosion

zone 10, the pertinent local regulations for the

installation and connection of electrical wires

must be observed.

- Provide protection for relay contacts and output tran-sistors to protect the device against spikes with in-ductive loads.

The unit must be mounted with the thread at the container. Mounting may be vertical, oblique or horizontal. During mounting, turn the

housing in the right direction. This is possible with a suitable sealing material which fix and seal the unit (to counter the plastic screw

part with the container is only by hand not by tools allowed).

The screwed cable gland (or plug) must show downwards (see drawing right hand). This makes sure, that the unit works fine and

protects, that water enters into the housing throught the screwed cable gland. It is not possible to turn the housing after fixing the

thread.

The electrical connections are made in accordant with the connection diagram.

Make sure, that the cable in the screwed cable gland is seated tightly without fail.

Adjusting the unit at site is not required.Die Einheit mu mit dem Gewinde am Behlter montiert werden. Der Einbau ist senkrecht, schrg oder waagerecht vorzunehmen.Whrend des Einbaus das Gehuse nach rechts drehen. Das garantiert, dass die Einheit korrekt funktioniert und keinWasser durch die Kabelverschraubung in das Gehuse eindringt. Nach der Befestigung des IM Gewindes kann das Gehuse nicht mehrverdreht werden.Die elektrischen Anschlsse sind in bereinstimmung mit dem Anschlussplan vorzunehmen.Sicherstellen, da das Kabel dicht und strungsfrei in der Kabelverschraubung sitzt.Eine Einstellung der Einheit an der Einbaustelle ist nicht erforderlich.El grupo se deber montar con el roscado de las cajas. Durante el montaje, girar el cuerpo hacia la derecha. Esta intervencin resulta posible gracias a un idneo material de sellado, capaz de fijar y sellar

el grupo (operar siempre manualmente; no utilizar herramientas para girar el tornillo de plstico junto con la caja). El sujetacables enroscado (o el

enchufe) deber estar orientado hacia abajo (vase el diseo de la derecha). Esto garantiza que el grupo funcione correctamente y evita la entrada

de agua en el cuerpo del prensaestopas enroscado. No se puede girar el cuerpo despus de haber fijado la rosca.

Las conexiones elctricas debern respetar el diagrama de conexin. Cerciorarse que el cable en el sujetador enroscado resulte firme y no est

averiado. No es necesario regular el grupo en el lugar.

lern kann die elektrische Sicherheit der

Vorrichtung nicht gewhrleistet werden.

- Ausgangssignal - Netzspannung: 3kV ~

- Fr ein geeignetes System zum Schutz

der Relaiskontakte sorgen, um die Vor-

richtung vor Spannungsspitzen zu scht-

zen, wenn induktive Lasten angelegt wer-

den.

interruptor de proteccin FI.

- Para la conexin de los bornes del dispo-

sitivo se debern respetar las disposicio-

nes locales o la Norma VDE 0100 (nor-

mas de los ingenieros electrotcnicos ale-

manes).

- Si personas inexpertas o no capacitadas

efectan trabajos en el dispositivo no se

podr garantizar su seguridad elctrica.

- Seal de salida - tensin de red: 3kV ~

- Prever un idneo sistema de proteccin

de los contactos rels para proteger el

dispositivo de los transitorios de breve

duracin, si estn conectadas las cargas

inductivas.

- In caso di interventi da parte di persone

inesperte o di imperizia, non si pu garan-

tire la sicurezza elettrica del dispositivo.

- Predisporre un sistema idoneo di protezio-

ne dei contatti rel per proteggere il dispo-

sitivo da transitori di breve durata, se sono

collegati i carichi induttivi.

When the machine's working life ends,remove the plastic parts (seal rings)and take them to specialised disposalcentres. The remaining componentscan be sent to metal salvage centres.
