WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to re-move Department of Homeland Security chief Kirstjen Nielsen and is consid-ering replacing chief of staff John Kelly in another shakeup of his administra-tion, a source close to the White House said.Trump has been mulling removing Nielsen, a Kelly protege who became the secretary at Homeland Security when he left the job to become Trump’s chief of staff, for a number of weeks, the source said.The source cautioned Trump could still change his mind on the matter, but said he has grown weary of her in his push to harden the U.S. border with Mexico.Trump has not decided on a candidate to replace Nielsen, the Wall Street Jour-nal reported.“The Secretary is honored to lead the men and women of DHS and is com-mitted to implementing the President’s security-focused agenda to protect Americans from all threats and will continue to do so,” said Tyler Houlton, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman, in response to an ABC News report about the possible staff changes.Trump is also considering replacing Kelly, an ardent defender of Nielsen, with Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff, Nick Ayers, the source said.

Kelly, a retired Marine Corps general, has sought to bring more stability to the White House operation under the unpredictable Trump.During his time as chief of staff, he and the president have had a rocky rela-tionship, according to various news reports and Bob Woodward’s best-selling book “Fear: Trump in the White House.”If they leave, Kelly and Nielsen would join a long list of people who have been fired by Trump or resigned since he took office in January, 2017. A Lamar High School student was killed Tuesday afternoon in a shooting that was believed to be targeted, Houston police said.The 18-year-old student was just outside the campus in River Oaks, when he was shot about 12:15 p.m. at Bammel Lane and Philfall Street, according to officials. The site is near Bethany Christian School.Houston Police Department Executive As-sistant Chief Troy Finner said that three sus-pects approached the student, who was with a 15-year-old girl, and one of the suspects began firing. After the victim went down, the gunman stood over him and fired more shots, Finner said.

Houston reports record snow; Pearland takes on thundersleetHouston saw a trace of snow on Tuesday, the Na-tional Weather Service reported, marking the earli-est recorded snow for the Bayou City and breaking a nearly 40-year record.A trace of snow/sleet was recorded at Bush In-tercontinental Airport, where the city’s official weather is recorded. Tuesday’s report broke a record previously set on Nov. 23, 1979, the agency said in a tweet.With temperatures in the upper 30s, nothing is ac-cumulating, said Molly Merrifield, a meteorologist at NWS in League City.“It’s just cool to watch it fall,” she said.Flurries fell in other parts of the Houston area earlier Tuesday, including Conroe and Ellington Airport. burning in Southern CaliforniaHundreds of Texas firefighters started heading to California on Monday morn-ing to help battle wildfires burning in Southern California. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced Sunday that 200 firefighters, 55 fire engines and personnel from the Texas A&M Forest Service will be on their way.The Woolsey Fire, burning just north-west of Los Angeles, had scorched more than 83,000 acres as of Sunday and is only 10 percent contained. At least two people have died.Meanwhile, at least 23 people were killed and thousands of buildings were destroyed in a separate wildfire in Northern California.“When disaster strikes, it is impera-tive that the call for help is answered, and that is exactly what these men and women serving in fire departments across Texas are doing,” said Gov. Ab-bott in a press release. “As California continues to fight these fires, Texas will be sending its bravest firefighters to aid in their efforts. Our prayers go out to all who have been impacted by these dev-astating wildfires, and the State of Texas will continue to offer any resources to aid in the recovery process.”A representative from Texas A&M For-est Service said that 47 fire departments from 23 Texas counties are deploying to California, and that it will take about two days before they arrive.Several Houston-area fire departments, including Baytown, Eastex, Forest Bend, North Montgomery and Webster, will be sending engines, firefighters or both, according to Texas A&M Forest

ifornia. The Camp Fire is now one of the deadliest fires in the state’s history. It’s also the most destructive on record, having destroyed over 6,000 structures. The Pacific Gas & Electric Company is working with investigators to figure out the cause. The company told regulators it noticed a line problem near where the fire broke out and observed damage to a transmission tower. It’s unclear if that’s what started the fire. insurance companies that had kept some pharmacists from disclosing cheaper

drug options to consumers.President Donald Trump signed two bills at the White House on Wednesday aimed at lowering pharmaceutical drug prices by promoting greater disclosure in drug pricing.The two bills the president signed — the Know the Lowest Price Act and the Pa-tients’ Right to Know Drug Prices Act — are meant to prevent “gag clauses” in agreements between pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers, the middle-men who administer prescription drug programs for insurance companies, which pharmacists say kept them from disclos-ing cheaper drug options to consumers.“It’s way out of whack. It’s way too high,” Trump said of the current state of drug pricing at the signing. “You look at pric-es in our country and for the exact same drug in other countries, it’s much lower — made in the same plant by the same com-pany — and I said, ‘What’s going on?’”He added, “Now, they’ll be able to see pricing and they’ll be able to see where they should go and as they start leaving certain pharmacies, those pharmacies will be dropping their prices.”

Trump has, in the past, railed against phar-maceutical companies and said drug com-panies are “getting away with murder.” An NBC Nightly News investigation last year uncovered the “gag clauses” that prevent pharmacists from telling patients about cheaper alternative drugs.Under the new legislation, pharmacists will be allowed, though not required, to tell patients about lower-cost options.Steve Hoffart, a local pharmacist in Mag-nolia, Texas, who previously told NBC News about the difficulties of “gag claus-es,” praised the bills on Wednesday as a victory for consumers.“It’s a big win for patients,” he told NBC

News. “It’s a big win for patients in terms of allowing pharmacists to openly discuss medication prices to save patient money and health care costs.”

ing at the time they were “getting away with murder. ““Today Congress is building on my ad-ministration’s actions with legislation ... very strong legislation to completely end these unjust gag clauses once and for all,” Trump said. “Our great citizens deserve to know the lowest price available at our pharmacies and now that is what they’ll be getting.”U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said the legislation will give patients “the right to know” when lower-cost prescriptions are available.

“American patients should know: You can always ask your pharmacist whether you’re getting the best deal on the pre-scription drugs you need. This is just one step in the President’s plans to deliver bet-ter healthcare to Americans at lower pric-

Sept. 25 (UPI) -- People who use certain over-the-counter herbal medicines and di-etary supplements concurrently with pre-scription drugs could open themselves up to serious health risks, especially among older adults, according to a study.Researchers in Britain found some drugs’ effectiveness was reduced and that new medical problems could be caused with some combinations in a study published Monday in the British Journal of General Practice.They report that blood pressure treat-ments, statins and aspirin are affected, and there is increased blood glucose con-centration and risk of bleeding. They also found the body’s reduced ability to absorb prescription drugs associated with aging.Researchers found 32.6 percent of the par-ticipants were at risk of potential adverse drug interactions.Substances with potential drug interac-tion risks include evening primrose oil, St. John’s wort and ginkgo. Supplements include glucosamine and Omega3 fish oil.

“The potential risk of interactions with certain combinations of prescription drugs, herbal medicines and dietary sup-plements shows the need for healthcare professionals to routinely ask questions regarding the use of other medications that are not prescribed,” Dr. Taofikat Ag-babiaka, a researcher at the University of Hertfordshire in England, said in a press release. “This would help to initiate con-versations about wider herbal and dietary supplement use and their possible interac-tions to help increase patient safety.”Twenty-eight of the 55 herb-drug and sup-plement-drug combinations were assessed as “no interaction” or “no interaction of clinical significance.” But 21 combina-tions were categorized as interactions with “doubts about the outcome of concurrent use.” Three combinations were rated as “potentially hazardous” and three of “sig-nificant hazard.” The significant ones were Bonecal sup-plement/Levothyroxine medicine, pep-permint supplement/Lansoprazole and St. John’s war supplement/Amlodipine.The study was conducted in 2016 at two practices in South East England.

One third of the 149 participants said they used herbal med-icines and dietary

supplements bought over the counter and by self-prescription. The study also found that some patients were taking as many as eight types of alternative medicines and supplements.Seventy-eight percent of the concurrent users were taking dietary supplements, in-cluding vitamins and minerals.The most commonly used dietary supple-ments were cod liver oil, glucosamine, multivitamins and vitamin D. 德導演以自己提名奧斯卡的影片《小鞋

子》（又名：《天堂的孩子》）為例，

融合自己在電影領域積累近十年的經驗，

從壹部影片的完整拍攝過程到如何成為壹

個真正的導演，他傾其所有力求和青年電

影人進行壹次深入有意義的探討。

品的構成1998年奧斯卡最佳外語片提名電影

《小鞋子》（又名：《天堂的孩子》）

讓全世界認識了伊朗電影的細膩和人文

魅力，馬基德導演從《小鞋子》前期構

思到拍攝制作，為到場的青年電影人解

構了壹部優秀的電影是如何誕生的。每

位電影創作者都有獨屬於自己的創作方

式，馬基德導演從劇本創作、演員選擇、

主創團隊合作等方面為青年電影人揭曉壹

部影片創作背後的故事。

壹部電影的誕生，馬基德導演講究

從真實生活取材，圍繞符合構想的現實

裏的人物（如《小鞋子》中的Ali）深入

研究調查他所處周圍生態環境，反復觀

察而並不急於進行劇本創作。之後利用3、

4個月的時間思考如何更好的突出故事，

並以與人交往為例，劇本創作就好像和

朋友交往，是壹個“日久見人心”的過

程。並且，馬基德導演建議劇本創作不

要單獨完成，或者尋找思想相近的人壹

起進行創作，或者尋找壹個優秀的作家

壹同完成，因為對於壹部電影而言，

“擁有好的劇本就像擁有壹座寶藏，拍

攝電影，好的劇本就是最好的資本。”

馬基德導演認為，好的編劇壹定也是

好的作家。他將用開始、中間、結尾三段

進行劇本創作。壹部電影是否可以扣人心

弦、牽引觀眾思維，前十分鐘的處理非常

重要；中間部分的創作則關乎影片能否循

序漸進走入高潮，在把握平衡度後讓情節

上壹個臺階，例如《小鞋子》中反常人思

維，為了獲得壹雙鞋去追逐第三名而不是

成為大家都期待的第壹；結局的創作則決

定了壹部影片能否稱之為。

“優秀”。為了《小鞋子》的結局，

導演重新回到最初的素材中，反復尋找創

作這部影片的真正立意，最終以“魚親

吻Ali疲憊的腳”作為結局，傳達孩子內

心的責任感和被這種責任感打動的萬物。

有了好的劇本，演員的選擇與合作

也至關重要。馬基德導演及團隊為了尋

找《小鞋子》中的兄妹，分成三組尋遍

德黑蘭的小學，最終找到了Ali和他的妹

妹。過程也充滿了妙趣，包括出演Ali的

小男孩和導演頑皮的周旋和充滿善意的

謊言、出演妹妹的小姑娘需要母親全程

陪伴才肯出演，但影片完成後，兩位非

專業小演員帶來的驚喜為影片增色不少

。對於電影拍攝最難以把控的“兒童演

員”，導演有他自己的處理方式。鏡頭

並非只在正式拍攝時才啟動，而是時刻

準備捕捉小演員的喜怒哀樂狀態，“甚

至會為了捕捉影片中適合的情緒而制造

壹些激發演員情緒的小事故，並及時捕

捉當下演員的真情實感”。

馬基德導演認為演員在面對鏡頭時

都無法摒棄緊張感，於是他在正式拍攝

前期準備練習時間，對於影片中需要的

情緒片段，他不止在正式拍攝中，也會

在拍攝練習裏進行捕捉，最終尋找演員

更加真實自然的狀態。他認為：“演員

也是壹部電影最大的資本，如果跟演員

相處關系不好的話，會影響他在角色裏

面的情緒，所以導演要融洽和演員的關

系，讓演員最大程度的將該表達的情緒

充分表達。”

當然，電影的拍攝不止劇本、演員，

整個主創團隊的合作也不容忽視。站在

創作者角度的導演和站在把控者角度的

制片人、詳細到分工的攝影、燈光、攝

像，馬基德導演認為團隊的合作也至關

重要，甚至俏皮的調侃和剪輯師相處就

像“壹場戰爭”，但為了呈現壹部好的

作品，聽取多方意見至關重要。

完成壹部電影不易，成就壹部好的

影片需要更多的技巧和用心，來自大師

的經驗讓在座的青年電影人受益匪淺。

與大師零距離交流 用執著和熱情造就電影魂

有拍攝技巧解讀，也少不了直擊精

神和靈魂的探討，馬基德· 馬基迪導演為

在場的青年電影人分享拍攝經驗之余，

也道出了對於成為壹個真正的導演、電

影的藝術性等表達了自己的見解。他認

為電影拍攝從膠片演進到數碼有利有弊，

膠片拍攝雖然有限制但是也有其魅力所

在，可以讓創作者（導演）更加專註和利

用人本身的思維和創意；而數碼拍攝在提

供了更多的便利之余卻使得創作者無法充

分發散想象力和思維。現代電影，或許更

依賴現代技術，創作者被無形控制而失去

了屬於人本身的思維靈動，所以創作者應

該駕馭和正確利用現代技術，使其為電影

藝術發揮更好的作用。

關於“導演”，以及他制作影片目

的，馬基德導演覺得，作為壹個導演，想

的東西、看的東西都要比別人更多，必須

關註其他人不關註的東西，關註社會，更

廣泛的涉及信息，尤其是貧窮的這些人。

做壹個真正的導演，是責任和擔當，擔當

的對象是人類、人民、民族、國家和社

會。而首先要把自己塑造成壹個人，之後才

能向人類傳達什麽叫人的信息。而真正的導

演，在塑造社會和別人的同時，先塑造自

己，塑造自己成為壹個真正有人性的人。

提及當下，他坦言人類最大的問題

就是事不關己，而這種做法最終損害的

是我們自己。同樣是人類，為什麽不關

註弱勢群體？事不關己就談不上人性，

這是我們現在面臨的最大問題。所以，

壹個導演壹定要有強大的心理，心胸要

寬闊，對所有的人都要有關註、關愛、

關懷的態度。

另外，他建議青年電影人深入生活，

觀察生活，不斷擴大知識面，即便是科

班出身的電影創作者，也應該在學習理

論之余，更多的到生活中去，從現實出

發進行電影創作。

面對電影大師孜孜不倦的分享，現

場的青年電影人也展現出了極高的學習

熱情，以“男性導演如何呈現壹部如此

細膩的影片，《手足情深》等影片的拍

攝靈感來源，兒童演員的合作選擇，伊

朗的電影政策”等方面向導演發問，而

馬基德導演也壹壹給出細心解答。

電影夢想之路何其長，能與大師執

手前行哪怕短途，也能為塗寫夢想畫卷

基努裏維斯主演《克隆人》曝終極海報由好萊塢影星基努·裏維斯主演的科幻電影

《克隆人》將於11月23日全國公映，近日影片曝光終極海報。充滿未來派迷幻色彩的海報科幻感十足，主演基努·裏維斯與家人首次“團聚”。而本應和睦的壹家人，卻各自神情緊張，似乎暗藏巨大危機。

《克隆人》的故事發生在不遠的未來，基努·裏維斯在片中飾演壹位精神科學家威爾，他沖破科學底線，希望用克隆技術復活因車禍喪生的家人，甚至與警方為敵，不惜壹切代價去挑戰科學禁區。

劇照中，無論是主角威爾懷抱女兒屍體的悲痛神態，還是他端坐在實驗室陷入沈思的表情，以及威爾與妻子貌合神離、甚至陷入爭論的場面，都與該片海報的主題相呼應：壹面是對昔日家庭和睦氛圍的懷念，壹面是違背倫理的科學禁區，而用技術手段“復活”家人之後，他又會如何面對面前“熟悉的陌生人”？能否令家庭回歸昔日的寧靜呢？主角基努·裏維斯怎樣做出選擇並應對上述問題，將成為電影《克隆人》最大看點。

坦· 李因肺炎於當地時間 11 月 12 日

去世，享年 95歲。據悉，周壹他被

送到洛杉磯雪松西奈醫療中心進行

急救，但最終還是沒戰勝病魔，從

去年開始他就被肺炎和視力問題所

困擾。

目前正在國內熱映的電影《毒

影片中客串的老爺子熟悉的面孔。

士等著名漫畫角色，奠定了整個漫

威帝國的基礎。他的成就已成為美

國文化中重要的壹部分，同時也在

漫畫文化的推動和發展上起到了重

要作用。

如今，說起斯坦· 李，所有的影

迷壹定都曾像找彩蛋壹樣在漫威電

影裏尋找他。作為“客串專業戶”

，老爺子比很多英雄的人氣更旺，

他還曾總結說：“妳說超級英雄電

影的票房為什麽那麽高？因為人們

會再次買票去電影中尋找我的身影

。”

早在上世紀四十年代，當時只

有 16 歲的斯坦· 李聽說有家出版公

司在招助理，於是便前去應聘，後

來順利進入了漫畫部門。這家公司

就是漫威公司的前身，由馬丁· 古德

曼創立的及時漫畫。（編輯註：該

說法是斯坦· 李在接受時光網專訪時

的原話，網上流傳的另壹版本是馬

丁· 古德曼是斯坦· 李的親戚）

漫畫部門裏只有兩個人，喬· 西

蒙和傑克· 科比，當時正值《美國隊

長》第壹卷已經推出並且大賣。

斯坦· 李擔任他們二人的助手，日

常就是幫他們買三明治，倒墨水

，削鉛筆。偶爾需要校稿時，也

會讓他斯坦· 李幫忙校對，後來又

開始讓他嘗試加入壹些對白，逐

漸發展成開始讓他寫完整的故事

。

斯坦· 李原名斯坦利· 萊伯，

“斯坦· 李”是他在《美國隊長》

第三卷時開始使用的筆名，這壹

用就是整整壹生。誰也不會想到

，當時這位默默無聞甚至還未成

年的年輕人，日後會成為漫畫界

的翹楚人物，而“斯坦· 李”這個

名字將成為被全世界漫畫迷和影

迷們銘記於心的文化符號。

之後的某壹天，斯坦· 李來到辦

公室，得知喬和傑克已經辭職。

然後馬丁· 古德曼過來對他說，

“斯坦，在我找到壹個成年人之

前，妳能撐起這個部門嗎？”盡

管我當時的斯坦· 李只有17歲，但

氣血方剛的他覺得自己什麽都能

做，於是壹口便答應了下來。

出於種種原因，公司壹直沒有

再招新人來頂替斯坦· 李的職位，

醉心於漫畫人物事業的斯坦· 李就

壹直留在了那裏，慢慢升職為主

筆、編輯、美術總監。傑克· 科比

後來又回到了公司，兩位漫畫界

最頂尖的畫師壹起合作，開始創

建日後撐起了超級英雄半邊天的

漫威宇宙。

戰亂時期，斯坦 · 李與傑克 ·

科比筆下以美國隊長為首的超級

英雄們也在漫畫書中拯救著世界

，而隨著戰爭結束，這類漫畫書

銷量開始直線下滑，再加上五十

年代美國社會和家長們認為漫畫

書宣揚恐怖與犯罪，開始對漫畫

業進行抨擊，此時已更名為亞特

拉斯公司的及時漫畫生存狀況岌

岌可危，斯坦· 李也萌生去意，打

算離開這個行業。

就在此時，馬丁· 古德曼受到

DC《正義聯盟》的啟發，提出打造

壹支超級英雄戰隊的想法。抱著幹

完這次的活兒就擱筆的心態，《神

奇四俠》在斯坦· 李二人的筆下誕生

。卻不料，漫畫大獲成功，公司也

迎來轉機。就此之後，浩克、雷神

、鋼鐵俠、蜘蛛俠、X 戰警、蟻人

以及復仇者聯盟等如今大家熟知的

英雄人物相繼問世。

1961 年，亞特拉斯公司正式更

名為漫威漫畫，在之後相當長的壹

段時間裏，斯坦· 李壹直擔任著主編

和藝術總監的職務。直到 1972 年，

馬丁· 古德曼將總編和董事長的職位

也傳給了他。1998 年，他離開了漫

威漫畫公司，並於 2001 年與朋友合

夥建立了 POW! Entertainment，壹家

新的傳媒制作公司，主要開發電影

、電視劇和電腦遊戲。。

斯坦· 李在後期的職業生涯中慢

慢減弱了對創作的興趣，開始轉而

成為了漫威漫畫的標誌和公共形象

【本報訊】 張昕偉聲樂教室在上個月剛剛舉辦了一場學生演唱會。緊接著另一場音樂會正在緊鑼密鼓地籌備當中。

美南國際電視台（15.3）欄目主持人鄧潤京在演播室采訪了這次演唱會的主辦人員：張昕偉老師和劉春池、張馨一、張國祥。

和剛剛舉辦過有眾多演員的學生演唱會不同，這次的的演員只有張馨一和劉春池這兩位女高音。和華人社區許多演唱會都可以免費入場不同，此次演唱會的門票分為四個檔次，分別是：10.00元，20.00元，50.00元和100.00元。

原本歡迎任何人來欣賞的音樂會，為什麽要收費？

在電視欄目用了很大篇幅談論這個問題。主辦單位認為，市場需要培養，觀眾的鑒賞水平也在不斷提高。這就要求演員也要走上職業化的道路。此時，從免費到收費正是大勢所趨。

這次音樂會能賺錢嗎？這次的伴奏請到了職業的鋼琴和10多位弦樂演奏家，加上場地費等，估計支出是門票收入的兩倍。以後找個更大的場地，有望賺錢。

粤港澳大湾区建设是习近平总书记亲自谋划、

23 日上午，正在珠海考察的习近平总书记，

专程出席了港珠澳大桥开通仪式，宣布大桥正式

开通并巡览大桥。

港珠澳大桥跨越伶仃洋，东接香港，西接广

东珠海和澳门，总长约 55 公里，是粤港澳三地

首次合作共建的超大型跨海交通工程。大桥开通

对推进粤港澳大湾区建设具有重大意义。

习近平强调，对港珠澳大桥这样的重大工程，

23 日下午，习近平来到位于广东省中北部地

区的清远市，考察了清远市所辖英德市电子商务

架，红茶浓郁、瓜果飘香。习近平看产品、问销路、

他强调，要下功夫解决广东城乡发展二元结

构问题，力度要更大一些，措施要更精准一些，

看校史展览和办学成果展示，了解学校教学科研、

文化学术、人才培养等情况。在学校图书馆华侨

华人文献馆，习近平认真察看馆藏文献和实物，

同学生们亲切交谈，询问大家学习生活情况，学

成后有什么打算。

听到不少学生来自港澳台地区和海外，习近

平勉励他们好好学习、早日成才，为社会作出贡

献，把中华优秀传统文化传播到五湖四海。( 新
