GS.R.158(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the

proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the

following rules to amend the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Private

Secretary, Section Officer, and Assistant, Group oB' Posts Recruitment

Rules, 2011, namely:-

1. ' Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the

Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, Private Secretary, Section Of{icer, and

Assistant, Group oB' Posts Recruitment (Amendment )Rules, 2013.

{2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication inthe OfficialGazette.

2. (1) In the Schedule to the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force,

Private Secretary, Section Officer, and Assistant, Group 'B' Posts

Recruitment Rules, 2011,-

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Private

Secretary, in column 12, under heading o'Promotion" after the words

"with five years' regular service in the grade", the following wordsshall be inserted, namely:-

'oand have successfully completed pre-promotion course or

courses from the Institute of Secretariat Training and

Management as prescribed." ;

(c) against serial number 3, relating to the post ofAssistant, in column 12, under heading ..promotion,,

after the words"wifh ten years regular service in the grade" the following words shallbe inserted, namely:-

"and have successfully completed pre-promotion cogrse orcourses from Institute of Secretariat Training and Managementas prescribed.,,.
