In pursuance of a judgment of fore­closure and sale, made and entered in the above action, bearing date 22d day of August, 1903, I, the undersigned, the referee duly appoint­ed and named in said judgment for that purpose, will sell a t public auc­tion, on MONDAY, THE TWENTY-SIXTH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1903, a t 11 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, at the front door of the Court House, in the Village of White Plains, County of Westchester, New York, the undi­vided one-half interest in the prem­ises hereinafter described and locat­ed in the town of Pelham, West­chester County, State of New York, in said judgment bounded and describ­ed as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a pont on the souther­ly side of Prospect avenue, distant two hundred feet, northeasterly fi'om the point of intersection of the e l d ­erly line of Peace street with gjkd southerly line of Prospect a> « m e y a s laid out on said man* and runjpng, thence northeasterly along Mid pputtt-erly line of Prospect avenue, one' hun­dred feet; thence southeasterly and! parallel, or nearly so, with Peace street, two hundred feet to k>t num­ber 3,5 (thirty -five) on said map; thence along said lot 35 Ubirty-five) and lot 34 (thirty«four). on said mapv southwesterly, one hundred feet to kit number 23 (twenty-three* Qn, said map; thence northwesterly along said lot, number 23 (twenty-three), two hundred feet, to the point or place of beginning, be the said several dimen­sions more or less; also ojie-haif part of Prospect avenue* aforesaid,. i» front of and adjacent to said lot, to be used as a public street.
