OverviewErinys Iraq is an internationally renowned risk management and security company which delivers innovative security services that combine human and technological solutions in a winning formula.

Erinys has over a decade of experience in Iraq. We specialise in the provision of mobile and static security, risk consulting, safety & security training, risk mitigation and remote site support in harsh, hostile, remote environments where operating poses a material threat to the achievement of our client’s objectives. Erinys employs over 600 local and international personnel and has permanent offices in both Baghdad and Basra.

We understand the challenges our clients are facing and in genuine partnership with them we utilise our expertise and resources to secure their staff, facilities and assets. Our experience extends beyond the land environment and we have a proven record in port, coastal and high-seas security.

Who We AreSince 2003, Erinys Iraq has provided internationally recognized compliant security services to a wide range of commercial clients, diplomatic missions and government agencies. ConstructionSince 2003, Erinys Iraq has worked for EPCM majors, power generation/supply companies and on infrastructure projects to protect life, secure assets and deter insurgent activities. Our extensive experience in this sector and our local knowledge makes us a unique security provider for construction and international engineering companies operating in Iraq.

GovernmentErinys Iraq has a distinguished record of supporting the Government of Iraq in protecting Iraq’s oil resources, both in the formation and transition of the 16,500 man Oil Protection Force and subsequently as technical advisors to Multinational Forces, the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office and the Ministry of Oil, where we supported two Ministers of Oil. Our strong ties remain unbroken.

Erinys Iraq’s Health and Safety Management System is built upon, and complies with, the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standard. This provides a robust foundation upon which performance can be measured. Erinys Iraq practices a ‘ground up’ approach to risk awareness, prompting a positive and transparent behavioural safety culture. Our Social Responsibility Erinys Iraq is fully committed to Corporate Social Responsibility. We engage with our local

communities in Iraq to identify their needs and requirements. With over 80% of Erinys’ workforce recruited locally we have a keen sense of this vital partnership. To achieve the greatest impact, Erinys

participates in multiple community investment programmes benefiting both Iraqi youths and adults. Examples of Erinys’ Corporate Social Responsibility include:

Donating to the Al Kindi Orphanage in support of homeless families that suffered during the insurgency in 2006 and 2007, providing food, clothing, books, education and medical care.

Sponsoring the Garraf Football League in Southern Iraq, in which 12 community adult teams comprised of local villagers engaged among themselves and with foreign company sponsors to foster

closer, more sociable relationships.

Installing a water system at a local school using solely Iraqi-owned companies in order to better invest in the village community and provide clean water to those in need.

Leading a local consortium, including tribal leaders, to renovate a school just outside one of the concessions upon which we are working.
