ongoing support to Human Resources personnel in the administration and quality monitoring of IDPs. Oversaw the University Partnership with the College of the North Atlantic – Qatar.

Liberia (USAID), Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of Finance: Performed organizational assessment of the Human Resources and Training infrastructure.

United States, Major Defense Contractor: Designed, developed, and conducted an executive leadership workshop that resulted in a score of 4.54

Planned and performed instructional design for the Deloitte Client Experience which is a major component of the induction training received for all new-hire staff – over 10,000 practitioners have received this training since March 2011.

Afghanistan (USAID), Ministry of Energy & Water: Established the Training & Development function. Staffed the department, and developed the technical

and leadership curriculum of nearly 6500 employees. Egypt (USAID), Ministry of Investment – Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority:

Performed the supplier selection and vendor management of the supplemental tool used to transform the execution of the Talent Management Strategy.

Designed the career path for the financial market regulators that incorporated technical and behavioral competencies as well as a job rotational process developed to build a multi-dimensional workforce.

January 2008 – November 2009: Cardinal Health – Dublin Ohio, Training Consultant Senior member of the internal consulting team serving the Financial Shared Services of a Fortune 500 organization

(#18 of 500). Main responsibilities were to identify, plan, and develop solutions for managerial effectiveness and to support the collection of $100 billion in annual revenue.

Lead or assisted in numerous learning and development projects including: Designed and delivered the Management Training Program. Aggregated program results yielded 4.27 (of 5)

on a Level I Kirkpatrick evaluation, and an 80% increase on the Level II assessment. Performed evaluation of the instructional design surrounding the e-Learning catalog of courses offered across

the corporate enterprise and made recommendations leading to quality improvements. Established relationships with local and online Universities to provide learning content to employees, ensuring

that academic performance standards were met for educational reimbursement of tuition expenses. Instructional design and delivery of technical training courses around the SAP software integration. Created the Employee Engagement Team. Best practices from the pilot were implemented at an enterprise

level. The ‘Engagement’ branded website became one of the most frequently visited pages (99th percentile) of over 20,000 URL's.

June 2006 – March 2008: Clarity Training Group – Worthington Ohio, Principal Consultant Launched a management consulting company delivering Learning & Development to financial services and

consumer lending organizations. Lead numerous projects including:

Designed, developed, and delivered customized learning content that consistently resulted in the increased growth of sales revenue for client organizations.

Implemented a Talent Management program for a mortgage loan brokerage. The result was a 20% reduction in annual turnover via a consistent methodology for candidate sourcing; use of a behavioral interviewing guide; utilization of DiSC™ profiling; and the implementation of a structured new-hire induction training curriculum.

Established a 20 FTE telemarketing center delivering live leads to sales professionals across the Eastern US. The client organization secured three contracts that guaranteed $1.3M in gross revenue within the first 90-days of operation.

March 2005 – June 2006: Residential Finance Corp – Columbus Ohio, Asst. Director of Training & Development Lead the corporate learning function of a finance organization, including:

Performed training needs analysis and redesigned the sales methodology. The implementation of a new training curriculum resulted in 91% increase of revenue per closed loan and a net-to-net gain of $10.2M in the first year.

Delivered new-hire and technical training to sales professionals in Tampa, Florida and Columbus, Ohio. Administered the quality monitoring and evaluation of the in-house training program for new-hire and existing

sales personnel. Provided consult to the company President and Executive Leadership on any issues pertaining to Human

Resources and Training & Development.

August 2002 – January 2005: Upper Arlington City Schools – Upper Arlington Ohio, Teacher Taught secondary school (Grades 7-12) for one of the best rated school districts in the state of Ohio.

Designed Health and Physical Education programming for students at Jones Middle School. Managed the intramural basketball program at Upper Arlington High School. Served as Head Football coach for the 7th grade team (2004). Served as the Defensive Coordinator for the 8th grade football team (2002-03).

for 11 consecutive months. Developed user acceptance testing, and end-user training of the Customer Account Retrieval System used by

1500+ customer service representatives nationwide. Member of the Management team that launched the Victoria’s Secret credit card which generated first-year

sales revenue of $38M. Member of management team that performed start-up operations for a 400-seat call center. Restructured the design of the sales department and the induction training curriculum which reduced ‘time-to-

productivity’ of new-hires resulting in annual payroll savings of $282K.
