L L o o v v e e d d Straight Changing Lives, Changing Hearts March 30, 2011 Dear Governor Brewer, I am Eric Ceballos, director of Loved Straight. I want to let you know how much Hope 4 Teens has impacted my life. And how Bobby Torres has helped me to become the man I am today. More than twenty years ago, I was involved in all kinds of trouble. I was doing drugs. I was involved in gangs. I was rebelling against any kind of authority. I was headed for a downward spiral; one that eventually landed me in prison. When I got out of prison, I got involved in Hope for Teens. Being in this program has changed my life so radically that you would not believe that I’ve been in prison if you saw me now. After a few years in the program, I was set free from my many addictions like drugs and alcohol. My way of thinking was transformed. I learned to obey and submit to my authorities while I was there. It is because of Bobby’s dedication to helping people that I am able to write this letter to you. Bobby treated me like his own son. He welcomed me and trained me wholeheartedly. I have personally seen him go without sleep for days. He would work extremely hard, day and night, to make sure that the people in the program are taken care of. It is because of his intense passion that many lives are changed. Bobby is an awesome man of God. He has served as a father, brother, pastor, friend, coach, and confidant to me. He is always there when I need him. And even to this day, he still calls me to see how I’m doing. I believe with all my heart that you care about the young people in Arizona and in all of United States. You want gang involvement to decrease and drug use and abuse to stop. Bobby’s ministry, Hope 4 Teens, helps you in accomplishing your desire for a better community. You have said that difficult times are filled with hope and opportunity. Hope 4 Teens helps people who are going through difficult times find hope and opportunities for change. Bobby and Ceci Torres are pillars of the community. They should not be charged as criminals. I ask that you please allow Bobby and his wife, Ceci; to continue with their ministry, Hope 4 Teens. I truly hope that you see the importance of this ministry in the lives of troubled teens. I hope that you can see how it has positively impacted my life. And I hope, even more, that you’ll see through other letters, the tremendous and numerous changes the work of Bobby and Ceci has done. LLLLLLLL oooooooo vvvvvvvv eeeeeeee dddddddd Straight Changing Lives, Changing Hearts

March 30, 2011

Dear Governor Brewer,

I am Eric Ceballos, director of Loved Straight. I want to let you know how

much Hope 4 Teens has impacted my life. And how Bobby Torres has helped

me to become the man I am today.

More than twenty years ago, I was involved in all kinds of trouble. I was

doing drugs. I was involved in gangs. I was rebelling against any kind of

authority. I was headed for a downward spiral; one that eventually landed me

in prison.

When I got out of prison, I got involved in Hope for Teens. Being in this

program has changed my life so radically that you would not believe that I’ve

been in prison if you saw me now. After a few years in the program, I was set

free from my many addictions like drugs and alcohol. My way of thinking was

transformed. I learned to obey and submit to my authorities while I was

there.

It is because of Bobby’s dedication to helping people that I am able to write

this letter to you. Bobby treated me like his own son. He welcomed me and

trained me wholeheartedly. I have personally seen him go without sleep for

days. He would work extremely hard, day and night, to make sure that the

people in the program are taken care of. It is because of his intense passion

that many lives are changed.

Bobby is an awesome man of God. He has served as a father, brother, pastor,

friend, coach, and confidant to me. He is always there when I need him. And

even to this day, he still calls me to see how I’m doing.

I believe with all my heart that you care about the young people in Arizona

and in all of United States. You want gang involvement to decrease and drug

use and abuse to stop. Bobby’s ministry, Hope 4 Teens, helps you in

accomplishing your desire for a better community.

You have said that difficult times are filled with hope and opportunity. Hope 4

Teens helps people who are going through difficult times find hope and

opportunities for change. Bobby and Ceci Torres are pillars of the community.

They should not be charged as criminals. I ask that you please allow Bobby

and his wife, Ceci; to continue with their ministry, Hope 4 Teens.

I truly hope that you see the importance of this ministry in the lives of

troubled teens. I hope that you can see how it has positively impacted my

life. And I hope, even more, that you’ll see through other letters, the

tremendous and numerous changes the work of Bobby and Ceci has done.

Sincerely yours,

Eric Ceballos
