EP 3900 series products are synthetic rebuild materials for metal parts and surfaces. They are machinable, and have a smooth spreadable consistency that makes them easy to apply. EP 3900 series products are most often used in steel tank repair, but are also suited to rebuilding tube sheets, shafts, bearing housings, pump casings, etc.

The EP 5700 series products withstand phosphoric acid, 35% nitric acid, 35% hydrofluoric acid, MEK, mineral acids, bleach, chlorides, potassium, and sodium.

R 1900 SeRieS | Quick Repair Machinable Compound

R 1900 series products are two-component emergency repair composites with ceramic and steel reinforcement. These fully machinable products are used to make permanent bonds, repairs, or to rebuild metal components. These products meet ASME PCC-2 Part 4 Article 4.1 for long term repair.

NovoLite is a 100% solids three component, easy to use repair compound for vertical and overhead areas. NovoLite may be applied to repair walls or overhead areas where damaged concrete exists. NovoLite incorporates the use of an aggregate in conjunction with NovoPrime SC 1100. The use of NovoPrime allows NovoLite to strike into the substrate, providing excellent adhesion.

HF 1200 SeRieS | High Friction Surface

HF 1200 series products are epoxy polymer overlays that provide a multipurpose high friction surface for asphalt concrete or portland cement concrete pavements and other surfaces. High Friction Surface (HFS) is a field installed system that consists of a specially formulated two component epoxy binder that is field mixed, applied to the surface at the correct rate, and covered with specially selected aggregate to provide desired surface characteristics of friction and color. Typical HFS pavement installations include intersections, entrance/exit ramps, crosswalks, school crossings, bridge surfaces, grades, curves, roundabouts, toll plazas, bike paths, or anywhere increased friction and delineating color are desired.

eR 2000 SeRieS | elastomeric liquid

ER 2000 series products are versatile, elastomeric coatings and joint compounds that can be used as sealant for secondary containment and other structures, crack-bridging base coats for other coatings, pourable joint compounds for expansion joints or large stress cracks, or topcoats on substrates subject to cracking, high vibration, or other movement. The ER 2000 series can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces, including metal or concrete, and tolerates less than ideal surface conditions.

R 200 | Rapid Set epoxy

R 200 is a 100% solids Novolac epoxy coating that is fast-setting and cures down to 0°C. The unique chemistry of R 200 provides excellent chemical resistance, corrosion protection, cathodic disbondment properties, heat resistance, and outstanding adhesion to steel and organic coatings. RI 80 DTM Surface Tolerant Epoxy is a high grade, nonflammable, corrosion resistant material. It’s a two-part epoxy with corrosion resistance fillers that can be used for any environment. RI 80 can be applied over manually prepared surfaces to provide a primer or a top coat for corroded areas where blasting is not allowed.
