Karma is the same thing as the old-age saying “as you sow so shall you reap. One amazing way of looking at Karma is thinking of it as a balance sheet for our actions. All bad actions go in one column and all good ones in another column. If your bad actions exceed the good ones you are in debt and will receive bad karma but if your good actions are more than your bad ones you’ll receive good karma.

The reason why your business isn’t doing well

The question that often flashes through the minds of many corporate heads may be identical. Why the business is not doing as we have expected it or where we are lagging in our approach to make our business successful.

The answer is simple, lack of willingness to swim with the tide. We are living in an era where technological innovations are becoming unpredictable.

What was impossible till yesterday becoming a necessity today. Everyday the world is waking up to a new world of technological advancement. Hence, to be successful the corporate karma that you practice must be vibrant and versatile. Not just walking with changes would help your business but your business must be ready to integrate the changes happening in the technological world into its business format. This moments karma is in your hand, yesterdays karma you cannot change. In the corporate karma none of your efforts gets wasted if it has been sowed in the right soil. The sayings, ‘Every Action has its Opposite and Equal reaction’, and ‘You reap is what you sow’, cannot be more apt than anywhere else than in business.

However, corporate karma deals differently than your karmas your personal life. The speed of economic and technological changes means what you were doing yesterday may not work today and could be a disaster

by tomorrow. Another amazing way of looking at Karma is considering it as a balance sheet for our previous actions.

What I personally feel about the whole episode of karma is, if we do not strive to trans-form ourselves, we won’t able to transform the action that we are getting engaged in. The transformation must happen from inside ourselves therefore the effect of that transformation could be reflected in our thought and actions which ultimately reflect in your business thinking and actions. Willingness to accept the changes and the mind-set to recommend that changes in your product will help your customers compete in today’s challenging and competitive business environment. My personal priorities are to make our customers stay on top with their competitors and make their business opera-tional excellence.

Honestly, I feel that it is Imperative to have a unified integrated system that will help gain Operational Excellence. Therefore my re-quest is do not wait till we suffer any loss because there is no point in waiting for the right time. Right time is when you do the right thing at the right way.

eresource: Can you tell us what prompted your company which is originally an Afghan-based organization to enter in the Middle Eastern market?

Ustad Rahimullah Barialay : Well, you know that over the last decades, the Asian and Middle Eastern economies have encountered various exhilarating and challenging phases with tremendous growth. We at VICC are proud to be a part of this magnifying business environment since 1993 and are determined to sustain our contribution towards the emerging mar-kets and developing economies.

What are the growth drivers for this industry? What are the current trends here?

We see a wide market opportunity in this industry. As per the industry data, there are about 1.5 Million new homes build every year creating opportunity of INR 600 Billion. Of this, every year there are 1.8 million homes need refurnishing. Almost 30 million homes per year change furniture that ultimately translates into an opportunity of INR 1200 Billion!

What are the major influences of selecting eresource ERP for your business operations?

What inspired you to Choose Name MyGub-biyou’re your Kitchen Brand”

MyGubbi – The name speaks a lot : Gubbi means sparrow in Kannada and sparrow which were common in Bangalore, are now close to becoming extinct owing to rapid urbanization. Certain charateristics of this bird is what myGubbi wishes to imbibe in their services. The project was lead by Ms. Priyanka Bhide, very enthusiastic young lady of eresource. Her ability to understand the core issue of a project must be appreciated. She is the one who suggested to go with the combination of Xcel and eTrade, two of their exclusive system for different Industry verticals. It was the out of box solution with not much customization, but only some enhancement, which they did very clerverly. Implementation was a kind of guerilla-style, means somewhat a big-bang implementation approach. The test run and implementation was carried out under the supervision of eresource consultant Mr. Amol Garge, a honest hardworking gentle-man. He was onsite at our place till we went live.

Mr. Choudhury: Prestige constructions was started more than 20 years ago. However, it is only last one decade that we have really started focusing the UAE market. Mr. Choudhury: Certainly not. There were no big initial investments. It was my qualification, experience and passion for civil engineering that made the dream come true. From a humble beginning to one of the most trusted construction companies in the UAE and Middle East, we attribute our success to a blend of passion, innovation dedication and com-mitment.
