COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT

1. Liner Hanger Systems

Liner Hanger System is designed to install liners in vertical, di-

rectional and horizontal wells. The System includes some setting tools

reused to run the liner and a set of accessories to complete the liner with

different tooling versions. The System is used either with or without ce-

menting.

Installation Tools are designed to run in the well and to bring

liner accessories into operation, to disconnect the tools from the liner be-

fore or after its cementing.

Installation Tools Unit consists of:

setting tools

sealing nipple (sealing unit)

extension stem

ball catcher

.

Liner accessories are designed to install, cement the liner annulus

and disconnect the installation tools.

The set of accessories comprises:

shoe

sealing unit

filter plug

check valve with a trap

landing collar

casing packer

cementing collar

cleanout plug

slip hanger

top packer

drill pipe dart

subs

setting ball

The Company produces accessories for liners of four sizes: 3-1/2

(89), 4 (102), 4-1/2 (114), 5 (127) in (mm).

2. Installation Tools

Setting Tools

Designed to run liner in the well, to put liner accessories into operation and to disconnect therefrom.

Liner 3-1/2 in (89 mm) is run with setting tool ZHB 30.01.00.000

Liner 4 in (102 mm) is run with ZHB 10.01.00.000 setting tool

Liner 4-1/2 in (114 mm) is run with setting tools ZHB 20.01.00.000 and ZHB 20.78.01.000.

Liner 5 in (127 mm) is run with setting tools ZHB 40.01.00.000 and ZHB 40.11.00.000.
