The Seydelmann Konti-Cutter and theComvair are both highperformance emulsifiersthat produce consistentlystable, high-qualityemulsions.

Both machines feature acombination of interactingfixed and rotating cuttingplates that provide theindustry’s most cuts perminute, even with thecoarsest of products. Asimple cutting plate changealters the texture of theemulsion from coarse tosuperfine. They can processup to 30,000 lbs. per hour.

The emulsifiers use aunique built-in bone andmetal trap to removeforeign objects before theyreach the cutting chamberwithout interruptingproduction. Nuts, bolts,bones and bits of plasticare eliminated before thefinal production stage,thereby reducing reworkand damage to equipment.

Both emulsifiers have no metal-to-metal cuttingplate contact, whicheliminates any wear to the plates andsignificantly reducesdowntime and expensivemaintenance. Typicaloperating costs are 2/3less than competitiveemulsifiers.

Thevirtually friction-free conveyingof the product for stuffingguarantees gram accurateweight portioning.
