How to Print Markups

After locating the project and clicking on the “Drawings” folder, click on the

markup symbol of the file you wish to print with markups.

Click on all boxes under “View”(1), then click “View”(2) 1 2

The drawing will appear showing the changemarks. Click “Publish”. A drop down will appear with publish choices. Click “Publish to PDF”.

Click “Insert markup as PDF comments” and check “Append Changemarks notes”, then click “Publish”.

You can click “Email as attachment”, or “Save to file” in order to view, print, or email later.

After clicking “Save to file” you will select where to save the file and the name of the file.

After saving the file, if you click on the file to open it, you will notice all of the changemarks are numbered. If you place your mouse over the changemark number you will get the comment associated with the changemark. To print, click “File”(1) then click “Print”. 1

The drawing will print first with numbers on the changemarks just like it appears above, but the comments will print on a second page as shown below. The numbers on this page correspond to the numbers on the drawing changemarks.
