Itis a versatile product having numerousapplications. The product is water solubleand replaces other solvent based degreaserssuch as mineral spirits, paint thinners,naptha, etcEPOCHEM – 530 STANDARDSOLVENT DEGREASERA blend of solvents that will attack anddissolve grease, oil, tar and insoluble mattergenerally encountered in industrial andmarine environments. It evaporates slowly
leaving a clean, dry surface following theapplication. The product is used to cleanequipment, parts during manufacturing,tools, engines, machinery, molds and dies.EPOCHEM – 540 SAFETY SOLVENTDEGREASERA solvent cleaner and degreaser that has noflash point. Highly recommended forcleaning electrical equipment wheremoisture or water is intolerable. Theproduct, in dip applications, dissolvesgrease, oil and grime faster and better thanpetroleum solvents, increasing speed andefficiency of cold cleaning. Its non-flammable property makes it an idealreplacement for petroleum based flammableproducts. It is safely used in the industries ofelectrical engineering and electronics,automotive, aviation, shipping, businessequipment, printing, plastics, etc.EPOCHEM – 320 PAINT STRIPPER A blendof penetrants, chlorinated solvents, surfactants andemulsifiers designed to easily and quickly strippaint and varnish from metals, concrete, brick,wood and most hard surfaces. The deep penetratingaction of the product softens tough paint andremoves it without scraping.
EPOCHEM – 330 WAX STRIPPERA blend of solvents and wetting agents designed toremove wax, grease, oil and dirt. The product isformulated to effectively penetrate waxy and greasysoils and to remove stubborn deposits. It is widelyused in cleaning walls, floors, equipment, machinesand plastic parts. It effectively removes all types offloor finishes and build-ups.EPOCHEM – 420 RUST GUARDA versatile and high effective rust preventative foruse on unpainted metals during outdoor storage oroverseas shipping. It protects metal with a heavywaxy film. The product does not require any surfacecleaning or preparation and covers the metal like apaint, but easily removable. It provides protectionfor storage of metal, equipment, tools, tanks,structures, machinery, castings, fittings, valves,doors, frames, fixtures, jigs, etc.EPOCHEM – 430 RUST REMOVER
A blend of acids, detergents, corrosion inhibitorsand surfactants that is used in all operations whererust should be removed and avoided to lengthenequipment life, efficiency, and improve looks ofmetal equipment, machinery, tanks, valves, pipes,etc. It reacts with the iron oxides to quickly removeand liquefy rust and corrosion. Simultaneously, theproduct reacts chemically with the metal surface toform a thin, continuous layer that passivates theferrous metals from flash rusting. This layer alsoacts as a rough base which firmly bonds paint withmaximum adhesion.
EPOCHEM – 120 ACID CLEANERSA specially formulated concentrated acid cleanerwhich effectively removes the rust, scale, foulants,dirt and corrosion products on metal surfaces. Thekey ingredients are an important metal corrosioninhibitor and a surfactant. It incorporates aphosphating agent that serves as a coating toprevent further corrosion of the metal.
EPOCHEM – 130 ALKALINE CLEANERA blend of surfactants, emulsifiers and wettingagents used to remove dirt, grease, oil and otherstubborn stains on various surfaces of industrialequipment. The costly investment items likemodern machines, transport systems, tools andsophisticated equipment are to be well maintainedfor their performing efficiency as well as their newlooks. The product is formulated to keep suchequipment clean and to provide cleaner operationenvironment. It does not require any heating upwhich makes it very easy and convenient to use.EPOCHEM – 140 CARBON REMOVER
A two layer cold tank degreaser and decarboniserfor the rapid removal of oil, grease, paint, adhesivesand waxes from metal components and machinery.It is designed specifically for dip tank usage. Themechanism of cleaning involves a quick penetrationto soften polymerised oils associated with thecarbon deposit. Then, the deposit is loosened andeasily dispersed into the solvent phase of theproduct. The upper layer serves as a sealant to preventunnecessary evaporation of active organic solvents,and also acts as a solvent rinse. EPOCHEM – 150 DESCALERA blend of non-volatile acids, corrosion inhibitors,emulsifiers and dispersing agents. It effectivelyremoves rust, scale and soil from metal andconcrete surfaces. The product is an excellent allaround acid based cleaner with a combination ofacid inhibiting properties. In use, its dissolvingaction on rust and scale is fast and thorough. Its acidformulation dissolves lime scale and rust right downto the base metal or concrete with the selectiveinhibitor protecting metal surfaces.
EPOCHEM – 160 LIQUID DRAIN OPENER(ACIDIC) A powerful, inhibited acid basedproduct specifically designed to rapidly clearblockages in drains caused by sanitary towels, hair,soap, grease, coffee grounds, cloths, lint, paper,cigarette butts and other organic substances.
EPOCHEM – 170 LIQUID DRAIN OPENER(ALKALINE)A concentrated, caustic based product specificallydesigned to rapidly dissolve the foreign matter andclear blockages in drains.
EPOCHEM – 220 CONTACT CLEANERAn effective solvent cleaner for highly delicateprecision electronics equipment. It is widely usedfor the removal of light contaminants like dust, oil,moisture and soil. The product has exceptionalpowers of penetration and an outstanding ability towet the surfaces. It is recommended for allmaintenance cleaning of electronic circuits andcomponents including printed circuits and wiredsolid state devices such as computers, calculators,word processors, tape drives and heads and roboticsin hospitals, industrial operations, banks andcommercial buildings.
EPOCHEM – 230 ELECTRIC MOTORCLEANER A high quality fast-drying chlorinatedsolvent with inhibitor to prevent corrosion duringcold cleaning of all metals including aluminium,copper, brass and zinc. The product is used fordegreasing and removing soil on electric motors andelectrical equipment, their parts and accessories. Itcan be used on such equipment whether assembledor disassembled and whether operating or not. Theproduct removes oil and grease deposits, metallicparticles, carbon dust and other foreign matterwhich are the usual causes of flashovers, shortcircuting and poor electrical contact.
