Installation InstructionsInstallation documentation is available on the Support area of the EPICWeb Customer Portal. To access this site,you need your Site ID and an EPICWeb account. To create an account go to http://support.epicor.com.

To access the installation documentation:

1. Go to the EPICweb Customer Portal Page. (https://epicweb.epicor.com)

2. Navigate to Support > Epicor 9 > Downloads.

3. Under Epicor 9 select Version 9.05.700.

4. From the list of Available Downloads, download one of the following guides for your platform (SQL or Progress),based on your installation type. You can install Epicor 9.05.700 as a new installation, upgrade from Epicor9.04, or service pack upgrade from Epicor 9.05.60x:

Additional installation guides available include the Epicor 9.05 Supplemental Install Guide, which is used to completeadditional installations, and the Epicor Data Upgrade Utility Guide, which is used to run the Epicor Data UpgradeUtility.

Epicor 9.05.700 for Windows 32/64 Bit for Progress, SQL, SQL Unicode DVD

OpenEdge 10.2A SP3/HF23 32/64 Bit for Epicor 9.05.700 Windows DVD

Note In addition to the above DVDs, the Epicor 9.05.700 installation may require a download and install ofthe latest Service Pack (SP90570x*) and Patch (PA90570xx*) file, if available, from EPICWeb. Use the Epicor9.05 Installation Guide for instructions on how to install the DVD and download any updates, if available.
