Option 1 - Space Only£280 per square metre

An area of the exhibition hall with nothing on it. Exhibitors taking Space Only will need to provide their own display material, carpeting and lighting. Of course, we can arrange any further services that may be needed – power and water supply, waste disposal, furniture, for example – but these will be at additional cost.

Option 3 - Furniture Package£360 per square metre

Our Furniture Package Stand makes it extremely easy to exhibit. In addition to the facilities provided in the basic scheme, for each 9 square metres of space booked we also include one table, three chairs, a counter / lockable cupboard and bar stool.

Option 4 - Additional adjoining 9 square metres Meeting Room£1500

Why not add that touch of privacy to your stand ?

In addition to the facilities provided in the Shell Scheme or Furniture Package options mentioned above, these costs for a 9 square metres Meeting Room includes one table, three chairs, carpet, lighting and power.

Option 2 - Shell Scheme£320 per square metre

Our basic shell scheme is ideal for exhibitors who wish to bring in, or hire, their own equipment and furniture. Consisting of walling, carpet, fascia and name board, one 13-amp power socket and two spotlights, it provides the basic infrastructure within which exhibitors can mount their display.

The marketing of EPEX 2010 has 2 distinct strategies:

ONE to ensure that during the event, our exhibitors get to meet with as many buyers, investors and investment groups as possible.

TWO to ensure our visitors are given the opportunity to secure some of the world’s mostdesirable homes.

An extensive visitor promotion programme, including direct mail, media advertising, andpress and public relations activities, will once again ensure a high level of awareness ofthe event amongst our targeted audience. Regular updates about the show as well asindividual invitations will also be sent to our entire database.

As with the previous events, we work closely with exhibitors to ensure that they derivemaximum benefit from their

participation. We invite exhibitors to supply us, before,during and after the event, with news releases and product and service information, which we can incorporate into our communications programme.

Additionally, we canprovide exhibitors with a range of support services - from private meeting areas to VIP invitation letters - enabling them to highlight their participation to existing and potential clients.

A detailed breakdown of the visitor promotion programme - including all the planned media advertising - will be made available to exhibitors, enabling them to co-ordinate their own promotional campaigns with that of EPEX 2010.May we also take this opportunity to sincerely thank all our media partners, newspapers, magazines, websites, TV and Radio stations without whose assistance,the event would not be possible.

All defined terms on this Contract have the same meaning as those in the attached General Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors. We the undersigned Exhibitor have read the Conditions and agree to observe and be bound by them and we understand that these Conditions form part of a legally binding contract between ourselves and Eton Events Ltd - the organiser of EPEX 2010.
