The manipulator’s five degrees of freedom enable the robot to lift loads from hard to access locations. Possibility to install the disruptor holder enables to neutralise localized mines and improvised explosive devices. In addition, the robot can be used for screening suspicious objects with X-ray. By mounting additional devices to the robot’s mobile base and manipulator, its scope of application can be significantly broadened. ROBOT DESCRIPTION Gryf robot is composed of the following modules: Gryf robot’s mobile base with a hybrid track/wheels driving mechanism, tilted front caterpillars, two cameras with IR illuminators, two microphones and a replaceable battery. Manipulator with 5 degrees of freedom and 150 cm long, adjusted to install a disruptor with its holder, gripper camera and camera head; Camera head with 22x optical zoom and LED illuminators. Control panel in a suitcase type PELI and with 15” LCD display supported by a replaceable battery (identical to the robot’s one); Batteries charger adjusted to work from 110-240 V voltage; Gripper camera with IR illuminator; Transport case

APPLICATIONGryf is a robot designed for field quick reconnaissance in the field, inaccessible locations, road objects, urban areas and trap cars as well as for remote removal and neutralisation of recognised improvised explosive devices.

ROBOT DESCRIPTIONGryf robot is composed of the following modules: Gryf robot’s mobile base with a hybrid track/wheels driving mechanism, tilted front caterpillars, two cameras

with IR illuminators, two microphones and a replaceable battery. Manipulator with 5 degrees of freedom and 150 cm long, adjusted to install a disruptor with its holder, gripper

camera and camera head; Camera head with 22x optical zoom and LED illuminators. Control panel in a suitcase type PELI and with 15” LCD display supported by a replaceable battery (identical to

the robot’s one); Batteries charger adjusted to work from 110-240 V voltage; Gripper camera with IR illuminator; Transport case

UNIQUE FEATURES OF GRYF ROBOT Installation of the manipulator and other accessories on STANAG compatible rails placed along the entire

mobile base, with a 167 mm spacing between them. Small dimensions allow quick inspection of hard to access spaces and rooms. The robot’s wheels can easily be dismantled. It allows to reduce the robot’s size and, as a consequence,

enables operation in hard to access locations; Small mass of the robot is convenient in transport and while carrying the robot. The robot’s drives enable it to easily overcome terrain unevenness and obstacles of up to 45° inclination. The robot’s modular structure allows quick and easy replacement of auxiliary

equipment; Using the manipulator arm, the robot may transport packages weighing up to 5 kg (at full extension of the

manipulator arm) or up to 15 kg (with the manipulator arm folded); The remote control station (in the form of a small, lightweight suitcase) allows controlling the robot and its

auxiliary equipment; Optional use of fibre-optic transmission enables remote control of the robot from safe distance, even

in environments with a high level of electromagnetic interference;

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES. Additional night vision camera Additional antennas with a magnetic base and 5m cable. 300m bus bar for remote detonation of explosives. Wire cutter. Active winder with fibre optic cable of up to 300m steering cable (and a replaceable cable) Active winder with fibre optic cable of up to 300m steering cable (and a replaceable cable) Replaceable batteries: Device for recording the course of action Holders for X-Ray device Disruptor holder Disruptor controller Relay station that increases the robot’s reach Additional antennas of the control panel with a magnetic base. Holder for sensors (eg. MO-2M, ISC SP400, Polimaster PM1401K etc.) 25l transport basket 4,5l transport case Remote control unit
