The City of Garland is a leader in fully automated residential collection systems. All normal household garbage should be bagged and placed inside the green container so the lid closes completely. Collection routes are run weekly Tuesday through Friday. Service includes delivery and maintenance of one green container. We will provide up to two additional containers for a monthly charge of $6.1 0 for each additional container.
