range of High Volume Semi Trailers

SDC has designed, manufactured and tested five different high volume trailers including 14.55m and 15.65m lengths which can include the command steer and self steer steering systems. We can also offer a Stepframe variant at both lengths with both steering systems if required. SDC were the first UK manufacturer to be issued with the LST model certificates from the VCA.

Our manufacturing plants have been extended to accommodate high volume trailers as well as the other range of trailers we produce.

All HVT trailers can be fitted with our innovative Adaptive Aerodynamic Technology to reduce aerodynamic resistance and deliver even better fuel efficiency and carbon reduction.

We also offer the EN12642XL regulation on all trailer combinations with fixed and sliding roof options.
