Greetings from SAPNA. The monthly newsletter for month of November, 2014 regarding the activities of SAPNA is enumerated below:-
HOME FOR SICK & DESTITUTE (HSD)
Registration No. 138, New Inmate was admitted on 09.11.2014, TC. NO. 452125, Narendra Gupta, age – 45/M Yrs. Brought by Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Center, Patient has severe head injury.
Registration No. 139, New Inmate was admitted on 10.11.2014, TC. NO. 460317, Vikram Kumar, age – 28/M Yrs. Brought by Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Center, Patient has severe head injury, Chest Pain, Abdominal pain, Breathlessness.
Two new inmates joined our home.
Total 22 patients /inmates in HSD this month.
Two unknown patients were sent to Trauma Centre, Delhi for follow-up/treatment.
06 inmates are unknown Coma patients.

Rehabilitated Inmates
Inmates (Sumitra) reunited with their family.
Success Story of Sumitra- SAPNA found a middle aged woman on 15th July 2014 in Kaduki village, Alwar, Rajasthan. Some villagers informed one of our officials Bhai Shiv Kumar about the lady and her condition. SAPNA looked after the lady from July 2014 till November 2014. Her mental state was not good, she needed more care. Doctor’s treatment showed traces of Head Injury and then the doctor proceeded in order to make her condition better. Then the good news came, all the efforts of SAPNA workers paid off and a person Dinesh Prajapati came looking for the lady. SAPNA gave her back to her family after all the official formalities. She reunited with their family on 23rd November 2014 and now she went back to hometown Ajamgarh (UP).

4 mobile veterinary camps were organized at Hajipur, Dadikar and lapala.

SAPNA supports 44 girls.
34 Students studying in National Academy and 9 students in V.L. Memorial. 1 girl
studying in Lucent International at Dehradun.
Special Mention- A drawing competition was organized at Vijay Mandir on 19.11.2014. Approximately
100 students participated in theme based drawing competition in which 45 students were
from Nirvanavan Foundation.
The drawing competition was organized by Rotary Club Alwar Greater. After the
competition Sneha, Pinki and Sirat were placed first in their respective groups. The
officials of Rotary Club Alwar Greater graced the occasion and presented them with
wonderful gifts.
In the end, each student was given a packet of Chips, Eraser, Sharpener, Cake, Kurkure,
Biscuits and Toffees. On the whole, it was a wonderful time.

A community meeting was conducted on
29.11.2014 at Vijay Mandir with people of
Kaduki Village. Total 21 people of village
participated in this community meeting.
That meeting was facilitated by Prof. Avanish
Kumar (MDI, Gurgaon), Samiur Rehman
(Executive Director, Hope Project), Sudhir
Pratap Singh (General Secretary, SAPNA).
The main focus of this meeting was to
motivate and aware community people
towards importance of toilets. They were told
to construct the toilets; SAPNA will pay half
of the total construction cost. At the end of
session 5 member of the community agreed to
bear half of the total cost for making toilets.
