Goal 1: Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with the faculty and staff of the Youngsville
Elementary School family that may serve as the launching pad for a year of observations, evaluations, curricular
support, and crucial conversations.
Objective A: Develop a constructive relationship with all certified teachers.
