Shaneen Tuley Principal
Ms. Tuley’s 27 year background includes serving as Director of Quality Management at Scheurer Architects where she developed the Quality Management program to support the endeavor of providing an exceptional set of documents and enhancing value for all stakeholders. Shaneen has a strong record of successful leadership in the management of a variety of project types including numerous hospitality and mixed-use developments. Shaneen has had the opportunity to work closely with numerous governing agencies over the years stewarding complex projects from concept through completion and has utilized her knowledge base in the Building Codes to write and conduct training seminars on various code subjects such as Life Safety and Building Design for other industry professionals. Shaneen continually sees the big picture and thoughtfully pursues balancing design and technical solutions with budget and schedule which results in well thought out projects that consistently exceed stakeholder expectations.

• Boutique Hotel, San Francisco, CA – Redevelopment of a historic high rise in the Downtown area for re-use as a high-end boutique hotel.

• Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, CA – 18 Building development including Student Housing, Recreation Facilities and a Student Union.
• Library Gardens, Berkeley, CA – 4-story student oriented apartment building over a 3-story public parking garage with 8,000 SF of retail space.

• Hoag Memorial Hospital One South – ICU, Newport Beach CA – Renovation and seismic upgrade of the Southern portion of the original hospital building to meet current codes and provide a new Intensive Care Unit.
