The Unexpected

Confusion over whether Outlook Inboxes were exposed

No—only email filed in iManage

Security is everything

Apprehension about sensitive administrative documents (evaluations, etc.)

“Public” documents in administrative matters are treated as “private” in search

Certain highly sensitive administrative matters are completely blocked in search

Greater use of matter screens and “internally confidential” matter tags
