Entering Purchase Orders (Incoming Stock)



Log into the Carton Cloud system using your email address and password: https://app.cartoncloud.com.au/

Once logged in under +Quick Add select New Purchase Order



Fill out the requested information: Arrival Date – Estimated arrival date arriving to Liquex Customer Reference – Transfer Number or Connote Number Special Instruction – Any specific information Liquex needs to know in regards to the incoming stock

Click SAVE



The information will appear – if the information is incorrect, select Edit to change the details. If the order is correct, click on +Add Products to Sale Order



Type in the code or description of the Product and it will search all your products in the system Click Create



Fill out the requested information:

Expiry Date – This is required so must be specified. Batch Date – This is optional Qty – This is required

To add additional items to the order, click on +Add Product and repeat the process.



Once you have added in all the products click on the Details tab to complete.

To check items entered click on the Products tab Click on Edit if you need to change any details Click on Upload Invoice if you have transfer documents you want to be included

Once complete, click on Approve A confirmation window will appear, click Approve



Incoming stock transfers are to be entered in Carton Cloud under Purchase Orders, No less than 24 hours before stock arriving to Liquex Warehouse

*Failure to do this will result in a delay in a processing delay of your stock

You will receive a notification email once your stock has arrived and has been verified by Liquex.

Once you Approve and submit a Purchase Order it is considered final. Should you need to amend the purchase order for any reason please send an email with the

Purchase Order Number to advise [email protected]

Incoming Stock requires a minimum of 24 hours to be processed and available for outgoing orders

eg: Stock arriving to Liquex before 12pm on Monday will be processed Tuesday for Wednesday Delivery*

Incoming container unload requires a minimum of 48 hours to be processed and available for outgoing orders

eg: Container arriving to Liquex before 12pm on Monday will be processed Wednesday for Thursday Delivery*

Additional charges will apply to Urgent Purchase Orders ($25 per Purchase Order) *Delivery refers to Metro only. On the condition Purchase Order is entered correctly into Carton Cloud For assistance with Carton Cloud please email [email protected]
