Effluent sample collection for MPPE wastewater going to STP-1 began on the evening of May 8. The initial results of the analysis were recently received for May 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. The May 9 sample results will not be used because it was learned that the sample bottle was previously used and contained a hydrochloric acid preservative.     The MPPE began sending effluent wastewater to STP-1 at or about 1500 hrs on May 8, 2012. In

    accordance with Comment 17 a, Western will be initially required to collect daily effluent samples to

    submit to Hall Environmental Laboratories. The laboratory results and flow measurements will be

    submitted via e-mail to both NMED and OCD as prescribed in accordance with Comment 17 f.

    Effluent sample collection for MPPE wastewater going to STP-1 began on the evening of May 8. The

    initial results of the analysis were recently received for May 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. The May 9

    sample results will not be used because it was learned that the sample bottle was previously used
