Dear Friends, Together we create a powerful story for the Asotin County Library. Over the past few decades, our library has helped nourish our community. Our library illuminates challenges and creates new opportunities. It helps us grow as individuals and contribute to a more equitable society. The ACL story began in 1992 and is continuing today. We are working to refurbish the library and help build programs for children through adults. You can be proud of the library that you have helped create! WE have more programs, improved technology and more projects than ever before. Thank you for choosing to support our community’s greatest democratic institution. Together we WILL write the story of the future.

CELEBRATING THE

MEZZANINE ADDITION!

The Library Foundation has presented our library with $503,519 thanks to generous contributions from people like you! The Mezzanine (Phase 1) of the downtown branch is complete. This added over 2,650 square feet creating quiet reading nooks and expanded areas for laptop users. A new conference room is available and we have significantly increased the space for books and displays.

But additional financial support is necessary to offer and maintain cutting edge technology and learning tools. For many Asotin County residents, the public library is an important source for free public access to technology. Dollars spent on libraries provide solid economic returns to the community; more jobs, higher property values; better schools and increased wages.
