Sponsors: Are accountable for the successful

implementation of the change Need to lead the project and help

their people grow and thrive through the change

It is up to them to ensure that the benefits of the change are fully realised

Influencers

Influencers: Wield significant informal power Can’t direct people to do

something – but exert a power that can affect, control or alter peoples thoughts or decisions

Change Agents

Change Agents: Work with sponsors to plan and

execute the tasks or activities that enable people to adapt to the change and ensure that it is fully implemented
