Kachelle is also a certified contract trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars and has taught over ten of their stellar programs across the country.
As an accomplished author, Kachelle’s first literary work, Pretty Painful, encourages women to optimize their ability to find long-term beauty within themselves. Her most popular published work, Boss Women Pray & Boss Men Pray: 31 Prayers to Increase Your Success & Spirit, has created an international movement and serves as a prayer guide for leaders and entrepreneurs that draws a strong connection between spirituality and the business world. As an extension of her Boss Pray brand, she has launched Boss Kids Pray, an A-B-C prayer guide for children and Boss Women Cook, cooking therapy for busy women.
She was recognized as Woman of the Year by the National Association for Professional Women’s Texas Chapter for Coaching, and the Mayor of the City of Houston has honored her with her own annual citywide day, Kachelle Kelly’s Boss Pray Day.
Kachelle attended Prairie View A&M and has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Counseling at The College of Biblical Studies and a Certification in Christian Counseling. She resides in Pearland, Texas.

Pretty Painful to Pretty Powerful: Women are often judged by outer appearance alone when in reality, a queen is always present and waiting to emerge! America sends a strong message that your quality of life is directly attached to your outer appearance. However, there are men and women around the country who have the outward appearance of beauty and success, yet suffer from issues of insecurity, low self-esteem and loneliness. Kachelle draws upon her personal experiences and those of countless others to clearly present the issues faced by women (and men) everywhere who others judge to have carefree lives because they are attractive by physical standards. She answers the question, “Can Looks Kill-Who You Are?” The answer is YES! While we focus so much attention on physical attributes, we don’t focus enough on our mental capacity, our ability to soar and succeed in life, our growth towards greatness, or our contribution to the world around us. She takes the mask off having a pretty face or visage of success to deliver hope, help and healing to the unspoken hurt hidden beneath a beautiful and/or successful appearance.
