Representatives of the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority and the City of Clovis
have diligently worked to reasonably and responsibly respond to the revised and expanded IPRA
request of April 18, 2013, as further explained in the e-mail of April 22, 2013. To assist in
organizing and compiling the documents requested, a matrix has been developed to track the
request, identify records that are available, and to comment on the production status. Those
documents that are in electronic format are either attached to the e-mail transmission of this letter
