There are 4 phases which you must follow

while on the Atkins Diet Plan. Phase 1 is the induction plan which you will remain on for

about 2 weeks only. You are allowed to eat a

total of 20 grams of net carbs. 12 to 15 grams of net carbs from the

Phase 2 is where you can add more carbs to your diet. You can then add

fruits such as all types of berries, yogurt, and nuts too. Your net carb grams are going to be between 25 and 45. This is going

away from your goal weight. You can add more net carbs like whole grains, some
