Attendance & absence
Rotation schedule is tied to Preceptor payment and one45 evaluations
You are expected to be present, on time, to scheduled rotations Any schedule changes need to be sent to your Program

Leave of Absence (LoA)
Absence of 5 days+ Paid medical leave of 1 week+: letter from physician,

from PD stating reason for leave & start and end dates
