WHM – remit

• A Countywide Primary Care Mental Health Service;• People aged 16 and over;• Experiencing common mental health problems e.g. stress, low

mood and anxiety;• Provide a range of information, interventions and therapy, both 1:1

and in a group format;• Aim to help people improve their mental wellbeing through a range

of support.• All clinicians are professionally trained, registered and are receiving

regular supervision.
