The fruit is necesary for their health, vitamins act against disease

Example:orange, apple, banana, pear , strawberry

Vegetables

Vegetables are necessary for our health, the vitamins protect us from disease

Example:Corn , carrots , potatoes , celery , onions .

Meat and lacteal

The milk helps the formation of bones and teeth.

Meat is a food rich in protein and fat.

ExampleMeat , eggs , milk , sausages.

Junk Food Chocolate, ice cream and cake

These foods contain fat, which affects the proper functioning of the heart

French fries, hamburgers, hot dogs, Pizza.

To prefer fatty foods also get a poor diet, obesity and heart problems

Snacks

Are classified as "junk food" with little or no nutritional value
