The following terms apply to warranty and service: Validation: ▪ This product list is valid from 01-07-2018, all previous product lists are no longer valid.

▪ All products are subject to change at all times without prior notice.

Product Warranty:

▪ Standard warranty covers two (2) years for structural components, two (2) years for computer system and electronics, two

(2) years with DOD 80%, 2000 cycles, for the battery system.

▪ The warranty coverage begins on the date of invoice. Standard warranty does not cover problems resulting from product

abuse, negligence/accident, misuse, improper operation, post-delivery physical damage, and/or product modifications

without Alphatron’s prior written approval.

▪ Standard warranty is based on ‘send-in warranty’. This means that the warranty requesting party has to ship the AMiS or

the parts to Alphatron authorized partner for repair under warranty. When the product is assessed as within warranty,

authorized partner will ship the repaired products in return at its expense. However, when authorized partner assesses the

products as ‘out of warranty’, shipment will have to be arranged by repair requesting party.

Service:

Support services provided along with the standard warranty must be requested within the expressed warranty time frame for

the product element. Technical support may require customer cooperation and assistance during diagnosis to provide a service

resolution.

This requires, but is not limited to:

▪ Identifying a primary contact representative (with phone number and e-mail address) to answer relevant questions.

▪ Providing the serial ID number and access to the product.

▪ Performing basic troubleshooting activities as directed by Alphatron’s Technical Support.

Solution methods can include, but are not limited to, any of the following:

▪ Verbal or written instructions to solve the problem.

▪ Shipping of replacement parts.

▪ Shipment of AMiS to Alphatron or authorized partner for repair.

▪ On-site dispatch by an Alphatron authorized service technician.

If needed, your AMiS authorized partner will involve the design engineers of Alphatron or supplying partners for assistance and

customer satisfaction. The determination for solving warranty issues will be at Alphatron’s sole discretion.

This warranty applies on all products in this price list except when noted otherwise at the page of the relevant product.

MDS – Collective Lock (CL)
