4. In my point of view, the reader feelsresponsibility
- because it said the text states that the amount of waste that has been
produced is 400kilograms400kg/person for some and the landfill are filling up
faster which is damaging the environment.

Secondly, the removal of all the waste is 4% of what? (please always
read over your work to correct errors)and the waste income is faster
than the removal.- The waste is increasing at 4% annually
- Furthermore, the people think that not thinking about how much with
evidence, that statement is not clear. Maybe it should read: people do
not think much about the evidence people are thoughtless when it comes
to rubbish.
